I downloaded their app in order to get discounts and to have the ability to place my order online. The Okmulgee location doesn't utilize the app. I uninstalled it because it's useless. I will not visit very often if I have to pay full price every visit. To many local companies have great benefits on their app. KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, Domino's etc.

Got happy when I saw the zucchini back on the menu was told months ago it was discontinued. It was my favorite thing probably because not many places have it. They came out hot and fresh and my mouth was watering with anticipation. Then the lettuce down. They had no crunch the bread crumbs were falling off and they had no flavor. The watery ranch didn't help. The grilled sante fe chicken sandwich breast was so thin the peppers were thicker. The famous star was pretty good. My wife switched with me and we shared the fries and zucchini. Sad to say we finished the sandwiches but not what we looked forward too. But everything was freshly made came out hot but still left disappointed.

Floors are always sticky, the soda machine drinks taste like dirt, the food was more sauce than meat and veggies, wound up with food poisoning from my burger, and watched a female employee itch an inappropriate location then not wash her hands and went back to making people's food. Not eating there again.
