Used to be a great spot to get good food in OKmulgee but quality is super down last few months multiple visits I’ve had every come out dry or old … chickens dry and tough ribs dry and tough chopped beef dry and leathery called in and got dismissed and told to have a great day when voicing my concerns when smoke opens back up on the high way I’ll be taking my money there.

Placed two orders with a delightful employee, one arrived incomplete 30 minutes later and one never arrived. No apologies, no explanations, just never arrived. Tried the plate that did arrive and the meat was very dry, seriously over-cooked or over-smoked. Baked beans were ok but nothing special.
I’m sure this was an off-night for the kitchen as it was completely their fault, not the servers. The two kids and one adult in the kitchen said nothing and just looked at me with blank expressions. I give them a D for food and a solid F for customer service and experience.
100% sure you can get a better meal somewhere else.

My son was in okmulgee for drill weekend. I was coming back from texas so we met here for dinner. It was so good! Large portions, fast service. Our waitress always adorable and friendly. I was glad to see there is also one in tulsa!

Daddy B’s bbq definitely deserves a 10/10!! The food is always on point! The staff are friendly and the food always comes out hot! My family and I come here often and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some good ole bbq! My favorite is the fried catfish and ribs! If you’re thinking about trying it, do it!

I’ve been here about 7 times and the service was always great and never had food messed up until tonight. Went here earlier tonight. We got the full ribs and on the menu it said you get 5-6 ribs for 14.99 and the half is 10.99 for 3-4. We paid the $4 extra dollars to get an extra rib cause we were hungry and their ribs are so good. Well we get home (got it to go) and we see there is only 4 ribs. So we call to let them know cause we were planning on making a trip back but we wanted to make sure we would actually be able to get it before we drove all the way back. Well the girl that answered seemed confused on what we were saying and finally got it and said “and” so we said “we paid for the full but got the half” and she responded “well we’re out of ribs” then instantly said in a passive aggressive tone “you can come get your one rib if you want it” emphasizing the fact it was 1 rib and she thought it was ridiculous. Like yeah it sounds ridiculous to call about 1 food item but that extra rib was $4 extra dollars and it was the perfect amount of food for us. We ended up deciding not to go back cause of the phone call. The whole phone call was unprofessional from the start. She definitely should not of been the one answering calls, in my opinion she handled it very poorly cause we were nice on the phone and just wanted to double check we were gonna get it if we came back. I’m not even upset the fact something was missing it was just the way the situation was handled. Other than that the food has always been great
