You guys Abby was the best to assist me in my servicing I will never ask for another employee but her she was super helpful I accidentally pressed the wrong address ordering online and she was able to transfer all my order to the Okmulgee location thank you guys for being an awesome friendly staff! Food was horrible. Wings were full of grease and undercooked. Calzones was greasy and pepperoni’s was undercooked, and it tasted like it came out the microwave. Cooks were not wearing any gloves, and one looked like she had an attitude problem. The hostess/cashier bought us our food, she wasn’t wearing any deodorant and smelled bad but was very nice. The restaurant had a lot of flies flying around and they had a nerve to have a buffet. Overall I will not recommend this place.

AWFUL! I had to leave and ask for a refund after I seen the check out lady count someone’s money back with her hands then with those same unwashed hands she made someone’s sandwich. (With no gloves) Also waited 45 minutes and never got my food.

Waited at Mazzio's Okmulgee an hour for this mess here. We thought it was bad when we finally got our pizza in a box but we were dining in. But, the surprise was still to come. Opened the box to find a dangleearring in our pizza, that no one knows where it came from, but she's going to find out. What a joke!!! Then the person in charge was making excuses that the waitress had to leave because of an emergency, the service was horrible long before she left, I mean she was in the working the drive thru window in the back with us in the dining room waiting to order. The woman who appeared to be in charge delivered us the wings and had the nerve to she before the waitress could leave she need us to pay so she could cash out the girls register. My husband told her not before we got our pizza. Then her next excuse was they have 2 new cooks in the kitchen which I informed her that is not my problem! The Health Department will be hearing from me come Monday morning!!! Never again Mazzio's, never again!! Got me once, shame on you!!!

For the 2nd time in 4 weeks, this Mazzio's Pizza has been very slow in taking our orders & even slower in bringing our orders to the table. Primary reason: only 1 waitress for a busy dining room. Also, only 2 workers cooking, preping, & cleaning pans/dishes. Nothing AT ALL against the waitress or workers. I could see them working hard. Just not enough workers. Very disappointed. Heard that the management just can't find/hire enough workers. Probably won't be coming back for a long while.

Nobody had a clue where my order was. Wings weren't done after waiting about 45 minutes then they gave me the wrong pizza and it was ice cold. When I brought it back, nobody would even talk to me so I just told a girl that walked by that this pizza wasn't even close to what I ordered.

The dog and owner ate in this restaurant among customers. The dog wiped his but across the seat, and no one cleaned the booth or the seat when they left . The dog and owner both sat in this restaurant for well over 20 min.yum! Dog and pizza ...7/29/25 around 7:20 pm. I notified the health department as well.
