My server was a sweet girl who poor thing head got caught in a tackle box but hey she was attentive kind and friendly. Spoke to the mng. The place was dirty, there was pizza on the floor and salad bar was a mess and very low, my son and I got food poison and had diarrhea plus vomiting that day and the next. Will not recommend

What happened to mazzios ? Used to be one of the best pizzas around, now I can get better pizza off the bottom of my shoe. Darn shame. Now I will drive to henrietta to godfathers. 30 extra miles oneway, but it'll be worth it.

Can never get the bill right. Always overcharges for every little thing and seldom remembers the coupon when you call it in or show it to them on your phone. The last two times my family's been there they've overcharged me 7.70 and 13.40. That's even after I've given them 15-20% for "good service" that is non existent. Don't go to this one it is AWFUL. Henryetta Mazzio's is customer oriented. Very helpful. And always get the price, order, condiments, extra Ranch and extra Jalapeños correct. Go right on by the one on Wood Drive and hit the one on West Main in Henryetta. Ask for Courtney, she's a wonderful manager, co-worker, and cook. BEST CINNAMON STICKS EVER!!

I have been waiting for my delivery for now 90 minutes. Customer service says it haven't even left the store. Really! The last time.

Very disappointed. hand tossed crust was just a little more than thin crust. the medium is NOT as big as it used to be. the toppings were very thin and not spread evenly.

We live 40 minutes out and we never can seem to get all of our order. Currently driving to another store to pick up missing items. They will give us a credit but when we use it to order they still mess things up. Wings without sauce, missing pizza or crustless pizza, which is a dietary NEED. The reason it gets missed is because they have given us part of another person's order so by looking at the boxes everything is there when in fact we are missing things with other things in it's place. Either that or they just can't tell the difference between a crustless pizza and a brownie. So after a 40 minute drive in and a 40 minute drive home we are taking another hour round trip drive to another store to pick up the missing parts of our order so the family member with the dietary need doesn't do without food again. That also means that's another hour that food is sitting cold before the rest of the family can eat
