A few months ago I went to this Starbucks and I received a chai latte with a fly in it, anytime I go here it is horrible. I went there this morning and my sister got the jalapeño chicken pocket and half of it was still frozen. I got the Brie bites and they did not looked like they were warmed up properly. Everything I get from this location just tastes and looks drastically different from literally every other Starbucks that I go to and trust me, I go to a lot.

This store has definitely changed around! I got a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato with Salted Caramel Cold Foam, and it was freaking delicious! The staff was absolutely fantastic! They were so inviting and welcoming! Once I received my coffee, one of the baristas made beautiful latte art with the cold foam and caramel drizzle! I’ve been to this store in the past and it wasn’t great, kind of a passing by type of visit, but I wanted to give it another try and I was not disappointed!

My favorite Starbucks to visit when I’m traveling to and from Tulsa. The baristas are friendly and make a great latte. Last night (1/3/26) my daughter and I stopped for a hot chai latte and an iced green tea. My daughter accidentally poured my hot chai latte over her ice instead of the green tea. I had her go back to order me another hot chai latte (I was so mad at her!) and told her she would have to drink the iced chai latte instead The barista, however, figured out what had happened and insisted on making us new drinks for free. After a long day of driving, this kind gesture made my heart happy. I highly recommend this Starbucks!

My drink has tasted watery or sour my last three visits to this Starbucks location. I had them remake and it still tasted the same… Good service but coffee is horrible. I think something is wrong with the espresso machine.

i paid almost $8 for a small iced blondie with extra cold foam. i understand that the extra cold foam is $1.25 but when the small is smaller than my palm i dont think it should be almost $8. dont get me wrong the drink is great but im thrown for a loop with the pricing. i also got the same drink in a large a few weeks ago and it was $9 so why is the small almost the same price as a large?

The Worst Hot Chocolate we have ever had from anywhere. Watered down, barely taste the peppermint, no whipped cream or sprinkles as advertised to give it that festive feel.
