I have never reviewed a restaurant on Google, but the absolute trash I’ve received for good money at this Starbucks has brought me here. This is probably the 6th occasion someone I’ve ridden with or myself have received the completely wrong order, or latte orders with seemingly no espresso (see photo of the “brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso” I received compared to what it is supposed to look like). When bringing an issue to a manager once, they were dismissive and rude. Please, someone get this place together or let Okmulgee know about the social experiment you’re staging in our town.
Dietary restrictions: Multiple times have given real milk instead of alternative to my friends who are lactose intolerant.

Will never go back!They suppose to open at 6 and by 6:20 still was not open and didn’t know when they would be!And there was a worker there that was putting her hands in the tea pitcher without gloves.Very unprofessional too say the least!

After making us wait in line for over 45 minutes because the person at the speaker “guessed it wasn’t ready yet” this is the drink i received… my wrap was overdone on one side but it’s the drink I was looking forward to. Tragic.

I know the location in Okmulgee, Oklahoma is pretty new but they really suck at customer service. They don't greet me when I walk in or thank me. I've been in here several times and they are really lacking. I'll stick with my usual locations in Tulsa.
