The person working on the intercom/window today on 10/11/2024, 1/10 stars. Unsure if they can hear you correctly in the drive through. Food was decent. the person speaking back to me made the whole ordeal so difficult. Hardest order I’ve ever had with fast food. Back to the app I go ?

The staff is always friendly and fast. Dining area and kitchen appear clean.
Using the Taco Bell app is the way to go here. Then if the drive up is busy, go inside and the food comes out quicker. Otherwise just drive up, tell them it is a mobile order.
