Probably the worst Sonic that exists, it takes forever to get your food and when you get your food 99% of the time your order is going to be wrong and the temperature quality of the food is extremely poor. One time I even had a fly in my shake. Ew

The morning crew is great but evening crew needs alot of work. I should have known it was gonna be bad when I asked for 4 wag cups but instead of wipped cream we wanted ice cream like we have done for YEARS they said they cant do that, It took forever to get our food and when we did get it the girl try to say we still need to pay even through our card went through and got a confirmation text that money was taken out she like yea your good, we get home which we like 5 mins away from the store the food was cold, our order wasn't right and when I called the number to voice my complaints it took 10 minutes to get someone on the phone the lady laughed when I gave my name didn't really care about how we was treated and said yeah a manger will get back to you in 24 hours maybe. I'm like yeah ok we will see. I said let me ask you a question when did the wag cups stop having the option for ice-cream she said I don't have that kind of information. Like wtf I won't be going back and after this.

the waits are long no matter whether you showed up or already placed a mobile order, either way they keep your food in the kitchen after it's done and wait 10-20 minutes after it says it's done before bringing it out each time you go

Absolutely fantastic experience at Sonic Drive-In! The service was quick and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was craving. I especially loved the cherry limeade, which was perfectly refreshing. The drive-in setup is convenient and adds a nostalgic touch. It's a lot better than it was a year ago. We're stopped going there because the service and the food was just terrible. We gave it another chance because we didn't feel like driving all the way down to a wassle or tulsa. Our guess is, they must have new management... keep up the good work. Thank you. Now we don't have to drive so far.

The staff here are Amazing! Everyone is so sweet and they all have the best attitude! Super fun and friendly! As I pulled in they were putting up Halloween decorations and that instantly made my heart happy!!! I love this location! My order was even spot on even though my order was difficult!! 🥰🥰

This sonic hits the spot. We needed a late night dinner after dealing with car trouble and this Sonic provided!! The burgers were fresh and the service was good. I felt terrible for the servers though bc the screen is broken only where you add their tip!! This means you cant leave a tip with a card so they just miss out. When I brought it up she said that multiple screens here are like that. Hopefully they get this fixed ASAP for their staff, thats ridiculous. Luckily I had some spare cash.
