my wife has celiac disease and they are the only ones i found that take seriously cross contamination! we have never had an issues once with them in this regard and that is why they have earned our business! she loves how it always comes out and i haven’t had a pizza yet that i did not enjoy yet!

They took an entire Saturday evening away from me! I waited 35 minutes in curbside pickup, then 15 minutes insides. Just for them to hand me cold pizza that had been sitting there forever. Worst customer service!!!

Worst customer service!! Waited over an hour at curbside pickup. Called multiple times. Finally went in store and waited 10 minutes for someone to grab our cold food. Terrible!!

I can see why this place isn’t busy on a Friday night. It takes forever to get your food because they prioritize call in orders. Next time I will endure the wait time at another pizzeria.

I had a very disappointing experience at Andolini's Pizzeria - Owasso Friday night. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet our food took over an hour to come out. During that time, the service was practically nonexistent—no one checked on our table, refilled drinks, or offered any kind of update. We asked to speak with the manager, but after waiting fifteen minutes, no one ever showed up. At that point, we just paid the bill and left. I’ve always had great experiences at Andolini’s, but this location clearly has serious issues with both service and management. Definitely not worth the time or frustration.

Amazing! All of it. Absolutely wonderful! We all recommend the Garlic Knotts, the De Marco pizza.. All of the salads.. Super fresh.. Also had customers recommend the pastas, namely the chicken fettuccine alfredo. We're excited to try that next! It is hard not to order the De Marco pizza though. 😭 The fresh Gelato is worth trying as well. We love Andolini's!!

Love their pizzas and OMG the Italian Butter Cake is legit my guiltiest pleasure! They were out of it on this trip so we subbed the Oreo Cheesecake and I’m telling you, the sweet treats at Andolinis don’t miss. Will be back. 10/10 recommend!

I had a pick up order and an incorrect item was sent with me. When the survey was sent, I mentioned it.

Within 48 hours after sending the survey, Rebecca, in Owasso, sent her apologies and refunded the item.

Exceeded expectations! I never expected a refund or a response!

Great customer service! It is rare these days and wanted to do a shout out!
