Wanna first say they need to make the Butter Cookie Concretes permanent, they are by far the best item on the menu. With that being said please make sure your employees are up to date on any new seasonal items, I ordered the new frozen Custer concrete jackhammered with hot fudge and was given a simple vanilla concrete with fudge, while still really good it’s not what I ordered and the drive-thru guy was obviously confused on what I asked for.

The ice cream is fantastic! I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel like the prices are a little out of control. I mean…it’s ice cream. That aside, the service is great, and the desserts are delicious.
Great atmosphere and the staff was very helpful. The menu was easy to understand with several options to choose from. Our order came out correct and was awesome.

Very disappointed! I went for the first time tonight, I ordered a sundae and the girl asked if I wanted nuts and I said “no”. When it came out it had nuts on it so I told the nice young man that it was without nuts and when he told the girl she yelled with attitude back “I asked her and she said yes, as she is rolling eyes and then she doesn’t even finish mixing the chocolate shake I also ordered bc she was so irritated that I said no nuts. Had she actually paid attention in the first place she would have known. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service form the female employee. However the young man that was working with her handled the situation very professional and fixed the mistake quick and with a smile on his face the whole time. However I don’t plan to revisit, why would I want to spend money at a place just to be made to feel like an inconvenience.

Extremely inconsistent in how they make concretes. There must not be a way they measure add-ins/toppings because sometimes there's very little and sometimes excessive. Although I love them, tired of spending so much for an inconsistent product.
