This Arby's was wonderful our food was hot fresh made just the way we wanted to the staff was very friendly very helpful food came out in a very timely manner if you want not good food but great food you need to go check this place out

Bryden when above and beyond! I had a mistake on a order and he was the literal nicest guy about it! Got my name put down and made it fresh for pick up later on. Staff was quick and friendly. Will not be returning to the 86th location due to rude management. This is for sure my go to store now! Y'all are all doing great!!

Worst experience I've had in a while customer service was bad they didn't get my order right got a Classic roast beef and got charged for a beef and cheddar plus not one napkin won't be going back to that store

The employee running the window today (Gunnar) does not know how to listen. My husband clearly ordered the brisket sandwich with his meal LARGE, and Gunnar put medium and gave him a classic beef n cheddar. We also ordered a large Jamoca Shake which we also did not receive. Gunnar needs to be fired. If you’re working drive thru your entire job is to listen to the customer.

Food was good however the guy working drive through (Sunday 7/20/25 in the afternoon) was completely unprofessional, had a very rude attitude in the drive through, was rude and tossed the food at me when it was ready I brought up he forgot our drinks and then screams at us in the parking lot when he brings it out. Something needs to be done about that kind of behavior. We weren’t trying to be rude about asking for our PAID FOR items he forgot and even apologized if it came across as rude but to yell at customers in a parking lot is ridiculous
