So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: We used the drive-thru to order. Our food was hot and tasty but the sandwiches didn't have a lot of roast beef on them -- and they were the Classic Roast Beef. The curly fries were awesome. The employee working the window was hard to understand (didn't speak Engligh well) and when we asked him questions regarding food options, he didn't have the answers nor did he offer to find out for us.

Super busy in here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Amethyst is ROCKING the customer service. This guy is running the show and keeping things moving and is super cheerful. Definitely a customer service leader!Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent
It was kinda late so they were kinda slack on the meat and I paid 4.50 for 4 macaroni cheese

My husband, son and I stopped in a few days ago for a late lunch. It was one of the hottest days we've had with Temps over 100°. Coming from the outside in, it was cool in the building but super hot for the employees in the back. Tessa, the manager, was amazing! She was helping all she could while apologize for the temps in the store. She went above and beyond for her customers as well as her employees that day! Arby's is lucky to have her on board! She's amazing!!!

Ordered in drive-thru in owasso 137th st behind quick trip across from new St Francis location. Got home near kansas state line and realised part of my order was missing. Called, was told to come by and they'd make it right. I never expected to get the whole order, just the missing items. I got lucky and the very nice manager I spoke with on friday evening was there and remembered our conversation. He did apologise on friday for any inconveinence and also on saturday night. I was waiting only a few minutes and he replaced my full order!!! I was impressed with his "making it right" 100%!!! Very, very kind young man. Agsin I was very impressed with his customer service!! All fast foods and restraunts should show such excellent customer service. And this young man's boss should be proud to have such an employee. My name is Tammy he may remember that and our interaction. His name began with a "N" I believe. Thank you very much sir you were very kind. Great professionalism!
We drove thru to get our food ,the help always seems to roll their eyes when you ask for extra Arby's sauce packets..!? They forgot to give us the straws for our drinks, we got them and girl apologized for the other person who forgot.

As always the food was delicious! Great service! You need to consider putting in an Arby's in Skiatook! We have to drive to another city to get Arbys. Many people in our city has expressed a desire to have an Arbys here.
