Food was tasty Service was self serve order at counter, then go get your grub sorta thing. Prices a lil steep, I'd likely go back if I was in the area.

Amazing place besides the most horrible guacamole in America ! It's all tomatoes with a teaspoon of avocado... to save them money and rip us off

I used to hit this one frequently when they had a location in south Tulsa..;. Now I only go to it once every couple of weeks as it is about 45 minutes away. But it is worth the drive. Best option is always the BYOB where you get to choose exactly what you want and unlike Chipotle where they are stingy with meat and cheese and try to load you down with cheap filler, this place gives you decent amounts of whatever is on your burrito. Only thing that is a bit annoying is the size of the salsa cups. But you can get as much as you want so it just means you have to get more than one.

Went with my son. He said the Callie Okie, loved it. I had taco trio. The pork verida was amazing, the Baja fish was good also. always enjoy the salsa bar, especially the mango salsa.the white caso is good. Atmosphere is casual, staff was helpful, appreciated that the manager came around, asking how it was

Always yummy food at Baja Jack's. This is where I tried mango salsa for the first time and fell in love with it lol

Awesome burrito bowls and more. Everything is customizable and fresh as all get out. The restaurant is clean, well staffed and inviting. The salsa bar is a nice touch as well. What a great dining establishment. Eat with confidence.

Food was good, Service was acceptable but not quite good. Might have been an off day,The Elote was edible but in no way should be called Elote. Lacks all the crucial ingredients.Birria Tacos were decent tasting, but were really lacking in comparison with other restaurants. If your looking for a good entry point for these foods, this might be the place for you. If you're looking for excellence try else where. On a more positive not, the establishment was clean and has a good vibe to it.

Do not order the fish tacos - boyfriend ordered & he got a plate full of cabbage & bland fish. I had a BYOB and it was fine. Chips had hair in them.

This is white people Mexican food. There is no spice. The salsa is sub par, all of them. The staff couldn't even smile.

I've tried, but this place has taken a nosedive in quality. Cold food, small portions, rising prices and meat that looks like dog food. You would think with the competition opening they would up their quality but instead it's gone down hill. On top of that the dining room is absolutely disgusting. Baja Jacks is a run down Taco Bueno now instead of a local version of Qdoba or Chipotle. I will not be returning, there are just too many other options

I am sad This is no longer in Tulsa but this is a restaurant if I lived in Owasso, I would go to all the time. first of all building your own burrito or taco or bowl or whatever is great, and they have seafood, including grilled fish which no other place that makes your own burrito does. Also the fact that you get free chips and salsa with your order so much better than chipotle or Qdoba. The service is quick the food is good. This is a great place and not very expensive.

My family and I tried this place for lunch on a Friday and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was awesome, soft music was playing, and a bunch of other patrons stayed well after finishing their meals. It’s a very comfortable place to have a nice deep conversation with a friend or family members. On another note… the food was slightly underwhelming. We ended up ordering the veggie burrito, a build your own Baja, and the Baja fish tacos! We also order the Chips and White Queso for an appetizer. All of the ingredients in the burrito were under seasoned, and the fajita veggies are chopped so unevenly. Some peppers were as long as the burrito itself. The fish tacos, queso, and salsa were all really good though! I’d definitely come back, maybe try something else, and give them a second chance. Overall I’d recommend!
