The ice cream is great but the price point is out of touch. My daughter and I each got 2 scoops with one waffle cone and the other being in a bowl $17.50. if we had skipped the one waffle cone it would have been $15. I guess braums pricing has spoiled me but I can't justify spending nearly $20 on ice cream.

So let me start with they have a big selection and got to try something new. Ice cream is my weakness so I gotta be careful when I come back here not to get a whole gallon haha. But the service was good, and the store was very clean.

I will not ever allow them to make another milkshake for me. This is the third opportuinty to get it right and each time I received a cup of flavored milk. Save your money and Expectations buy the ice cream to go and make your own. Its barely cold and pours like milk. When i circled back to the drive thru i asked if my drink was realy what i ordered, the young lady assured me it was. How can coffee ice cream be completely white? Oh yhea because its just Milk with a hint of ice cream. I give up! Will consider it a local business donation and take my business and milkshake expectations elsewhere. I used drive thru so didnt rate atmosphere. But judging by this cup of milk it must be disgruntled employees type of vibe.

The owner is too parsimonious and stingy. I saw a rusted blade and bathroom was broken. Also employees were not wearing gloves and out of single scoop cups. Also serving size was not standard. The store also smelled horrible today. There is caramel leaking on the counter.
