Love small businesses and Bill and Ruth's have been around for decades. I remember going to an independent shop as a kid and now I am old. I always like a beef and cheese with everything on it and then dip it in beef broth, mmmmm! The people here are ALWAYS friendly and nice wanting to make sure you get a great meal or sandwich. Looking forward to returning again here soon. Support your local Mom and Pop shops. It means everything to them. I promise you they will love you...

I only have a 30-minute lunch period And the owner makes sure that I have my food in enough time for me to get back to work so I'm not late I greatly appreciate her and her husband for doing so I always order a turkey ham sandwich and they're amazing

Located downtown Owasso. Very friendly service. We went for lunch on Thurs. I had the special for that day - roast beef sandwich which was very good. My companion had the 4 way (chili, beans, onions on spaghetti); he would not recommend it.
