Paid $70 for a holiday ham and it was dried out and tasteless. So disappointed bc it was my first Thanksgiving.

Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.

Foods great. The to women and man working this evening not so good at communicating. Don't ask any questions. The man is to busy watching the game on TV. The man isn't listening to the woman at all his cussing. Screaming and yelling in the back. You didn't want to help he just wanted to stand there and start off into space almost like he was on drugs. I felt sorry for the lady and still ticked her $5.

Ordered almost 200.00 worth of food. Drove 40 miles and didn't get our ribs or mac n cheese. Drove back 40 miles and still didn't get our Mac n cheese. Not one apology. Will not be door dashing this place for Sunday Dinner again. I tried to send a message to the email you gave me and it didn't work. You guys suck

Food was cold and when I asked them to warm it up the employee put his hands on his head like it was a problem. I would have been happy with them just reheating it but the other employee said I'm sure he'll remake your order.

We've always enjoyed the food at Billy Sims. We came in with our family and were approached by management accusing my wife of stealing a pop. Asking if she was sure she got water and that a co-worker saw her getting pop. They had given my daughter a water cup as a kids cup and then accused us of stealing a pop. Apparently they are supposed to give kids a normal cup. Although we received a so-so apology after I told them that they made our dinner really awkward. There was nothing else done.
Not true BBQ, there are so many small family owned BBQ Places that have way better food. Support Local.

I tried to order online prior to their opening time of 10:30 am so I could pick up my order fast. Their system asked me to sign up my email to get a free dessert cup. I really didn't want to but the page was a pain to make go away and it kept popping up, so I signed up my email for the free dessert and went to order my food. When I went to pay, it said that the coupon could only be applied after 12 noon. I was not real happy about the fact that I was almost forced into signing up for the dessert that I didn't even want just so I could make my order, THEN the coupon they were forcing on me didn't even work. I'm not sitting around for an hour and a half just so I could get the dessert. That's when I cancelled the subscription and order and said to myself that since I'm here and it's already like 1032 am and they open at 1030 am, I might as well just go inside and order. So I got out of my vehicle and went to go order inside. When I got to the door it was locked. To hell with these guys. First the online pushyness of desserts and emails that are only valid for part of the day, now they can't even open their doors on schedule? I ended up going to another BBQ place down the street that was recommended by a lot of people. Great atmosphere there and friendly people.

Their general manager, Michael Philo, is a known rapist and has wittingly spread sihpylis to multiple people, including at least one person under the age of 18. Genuine scum of the Earth who makes me ashamed to share a species with him. Cannot believe they would hire him.

Stopped at the Joplin Mo Billy Sims at 12:45 for 1/2 of pound of sliced brisket. The they at the drive through was very rude. And informed me they had just done a big catering and had no sliced brisket. Isn’t that your business?
How does a place that’s main menu idea brisket and they are out? Other brisket place was happy to take my money.
