Just ordered food from the location in Franklin Wisconsin. The food was exceptional as usual. the chili is on a whole level on its own. OMG. I could just eat that. Keep up the great work.

We arrived at the Chickasha, OK restaurant a little after 5:00 pm today. No one was at the front counter to wait on us, had to speak loudly to get someone’s attention so we could order. Both the pulled pork and brisket were barely warm. My husband went to inquire if the oven/warmer was working. He could see that it was set to 135, but the employee said the door seal needed to be replaced! She offered to remake our food, like that would help. We have no idea how long the meat had been at an unsafe temperature and are hoping we don’t get sick from eating it (didn’t finish it). We won’t be going back. That is a serious health violation.

I missed to online order window by 2 minutes because they were closing. I had already sent my husband after the food. I ordered with Sarah and she could not have been more polite and nice about it. I wouldn’t have blamed her if she told me no for calling an order in 19 minutes before close. (I should have planned better and thought they didn’t close until 9). We love Billy sims and thank you so much Sarah for being so kind! Saved me from making dinner on the last night of Christmas break and making the evening an easy one. I won’t call so late again. Thank you again Sarah, so so much!

Been coming here for years, and I don't know if there's new management, but this was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. While waiting, the customer in front returned due to missing the ribs. Guy was rude. Staff seemed annoyed to have customers. Guy questioned me several times about my request to cut potato like normal, after the first guy did the one cut, not all splayed out. The guy didn't seem to comprehend how to add toppings like you do anywhere else without cutting it like tic tac toe. Did it his way anyway.Won't be back. Too many other good BBQ in town to put up with that.

The food is always great, whether it's the Owasso or Claremore location. The employees are usually friendly, but in Owasso on Veterans Day not so much. We felt more like an interruption or annoyance rather than appreciated. They weren't overly busy when we came in, so not sure what happened. As many times as we've been to both locations, this was the only time the employees were borderline rude, so hopefully it was just a one off.

We were picking up food for someone highly allergic to pork and chicken. The guy did everything he could to make sure the brisket and turkey were pork and chicken free. They had such a great attitude about it which is hard to find these days!
Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.

Foods great. The to women and man working this evening not so good at communicating. Don't ask any questions. The man is to busy watching the game on TV. The man isn't listening to the woman at all his cussing. Screaming and yelling in the back. You didn't want to help he just wanted to stand there and start off into space almost like he was on drugs. I felt sorry for the lady and still ticked her $5.
