I recently visited this location and ordered a Strawberry Freeze through the drive-thru. When I saw the screen display "strawberry shake," I pointed out the mistake, as I had ordered a Freeze. To my surprise, the worker asked me how to make it, and unfortunately, I ended up with a shake instead of the. It was a bit disappointing, as I would expect staff to be familiar with every item on the menu, especially something that is regularly offered like the Strawberry Freeze. Freeze.
