I recently visited this location and ordered a Strawberry Freeze through the drive-thru. When I saw the screen display "strawberry shake," I pointed out the mistake, as I had ordered a Freeze. To my surprise, the worker asked me how to make it, and unfortunately, I ended up with a shake instead of the. It was a bit disappointing, as I would expect staff to be familiar with every item on the menu, especially something that is regularly offered like the Strawberry Freeze....
Always get there burger bags for my kiddos. They so picky sometime I dnt want to cook dinner so burger bag it is. They love it and I love it. Then I always grab a small icecream(which isn't small)
I ordered #2 with extra mayo. Got home and no mayo, lettuce, onions... nothing but meat and cheese. Took it back and got extra mayo on top of extra mayo only on top which spread throughout the inside of the wrapper. Couldn't even pick it up as tbls of extra extra mayo everywhere. So I took it back once more. Got home and they put raums sauce on the bottom bun. Smh. I didn't take it back again. 3 trips was enough. Smh. 1st attendant listen but cook got it wrong. 2nd...
