Great ice cream!

It's always a great place to grab a bag of burgers or a banana split. DON'T GO TO THE BATHROOM WITHOUT GETTING THE MANAGER TO PROTECT YOUR TABLE!! THEY'LL THROW AWAY YOUR MEAL. EVERY.... SINGLE... TIME! IS HAPPENED TWICE IN A ROW TO ME IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.

If you’re looking for terrible customer service and horrible quality this is the braums to go to. I wish I could leave 0 stars honestly. We went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was clearly annoyed. She was very short and made us feel like requesting minor modifications to our burgers was far out of her way. When we received our order the girl at the window was clearly put off by us requesting ketchup so much so she grabbed a huge handful and slammed it down into my hand so much so that I almost dropped all of it. She then shut the window so I drove off not realizing that she hadn’t given us our drinks yet. I then went inside to retrieve our drinks and when approaching the counter she says “you forgot your drinks” like.. what? She shoved them in my hands spilling one down my shirt.i was so frustrated at this point was just ready to leave. When we went through our order none of our burgers were correct and all tasted rubbery like they had been sitting in the window just waiting to be sold. Our drinks were watered down. Considering there was only a small amount of time between receiving our order and trying to eat our food this was very disappointing. This braums is newer and should be doing better but this has seriously been the worst experience I have ever had at a braums. Never again will I venture from the braums on 76th. I could have handled the bad food if it wasn’t for the unwillingness to help and all the horrible energy and bad customer service literally all the employees at this place had going on. Like I said I hate even giving them one star.

I guess if you want your food fast go through the drive through. And don’t expect the food to look very good either. Ours always looks like they threw it together.

And don’t expect to get your drinks either.

This was the second time I visited and where we asked for a modification to a burger and they wouldn't do it. We simply wanted a different type of cheese but they said they aren't allowed to make changes. I don't know if this is true or not. If so, that's insane. If it's not true, this is the second time an incompetent employee has taken our order. Either way is not acceptable. I would love for Brahms to reply and let us know if this is an actual official policy or not.

Fantastic customer service! I've been coming here allot ever since I started working down the street from them. I've ordered so many burgers, there have even been days where I've ordered multiple bags of them, and yet they're always kind and on top of their game. In my opinion, this is the best Braums in Oklahoma!

The smell of old grease as we approached from the drive thru was so strong. If the inside of the restaurant smelled like that, I couldn't have eaten. Service was fine, and I hope tomorrow is their grease trap day.

Typical Braums. Quick and easy meal. I appreciate their prices haven't skyrocketed and I can feed the whole family for a reasonable price.
Ice cream is always delicious.
Could be cleaner.
