Dined in tonight and had some very minor hiccups that was quickly fixed by the most amazing waitress Billie and management. We have had so many issues at other restaurants with zero accountability that we were so impressed by how such a minor thing was handled. Food was delish, drinks even better. Thank you Billie for a wonderful dining experience.
Decided to have a special night out and chose Bricktown. As soon as we walked in the hostess didn’t even greet us. Just said follow me, sat us down and left. We brushed that off but our service was mediocre. Could have brushed that off if they were actually busy but they weren’t. Never had our drinks refilled. Our food was overcooked and cold. I know it was new years eve but to go order was cold and you could tell it had been sitting awhile. I sat at the bar and ordered so there was no excuse. Poor bartender was taking care of full bar plus tables in the bar area. There never seems to be enough help and I'm tired of it.
