The 96th St., North location is the one I usually go to, but they are all wonderful! The girls that take my order in the drive-through are always extremely helpful and extremely friendly and extremely kind! I cannot stress that enough! It helps make my day brighter and I appreciate the sugar-free options so much as a newly diagnosed diabetic who still would like to have treats like everyone else! I enjoy pit-stopping into this establishment while on my way towards Claremore. The Baristas are sweet and timely. They work really hard here. On multiple occasions I have witnessed 6-8 vehicles parked on both sides of the dual drive-thrus around 9a.m. However don't fret as the $8 medium mocha frappes take just a few minutes to craft while being 10× better than your average mcdoodles over-exagerated competition. REAl whipped cream yes, please! Don't forget to tip if you not chicken. ..

Ordered a snickers latte and a NY roll.
They were quick at the drive thru area, but
the latte was nothing like the advertised photos at all- was just a latte with lots of hazelnut, but no Caramel, and no whip topping.
The NY roll I had to put in the fridge because it was a melted mess straight from the window.
Was definitely disappointed I spent that much on my order.

Not enough sugar free options to choose from. To be honest, it’s just hard when I can’t get the flavors I want for my lotus drink so I’m not sure if I can continue to come. Employees are friendly though. Other coffee places have these flavors so I’m not sure why they can’t get them or if it’s just not a priority. To reply, I already knew your lists of flavors. I will stick to the other places that have more selection thanks.

The environment is cold and uninviting when a coffee shop is supposed to be warm and comfortable. The coffee itself was not bad but the service was nice but not honest. The first time I went in I asked for a muffin and as I was watching them warm it up, the girl pulled it out of the oven and asked her coworker if she thought it was warm enough and the girl just grabbed the muffin with her hand with no gloves and says yes and walks off. Absolutely terrible. The girl that asked glanced over and seen me watching but still didn't apologize. The second time I went in I wanted to give it another chance so I got a capachino but couldn't help but notice they weren't even using the espresso machine so I asked if there was espresso in it and they said yes and looked over and noticed the machine by the window was some kimd of instant coffee brewer like an oversized kurig. Good location though
