The host also took 10 minutes or so fixing his table map before showing us to a table, while walking by several booths that were open.

Went in just after 5 and had to wait to be seated when it wasnt busy. Got drinks and an appetizer within the min but then almost 35 to 40 mins later we still hadn't had our order taken, drinks empty and appetizer done. 6 servers passed by without ever checking on us. I had to stop someone to ask for a manager. The manager came to us like she knew what the issue was already, saying she had to pull our waitress. So guess checking to make sure her tables were taken care of, was forgotten. Very disappointed. We paid for what we got and left. š

Our server Elizabeth was rude and seemed very annoyed from the moment we sat down. Hardly bothered to check on us not to mention she completely forgot to bring out a whole meal claiming she āforgot to enter it inā. She rushed into cleaning off our table and would slam trays as my family and I tried to have a conversation and finish our drinks. I know what decent customer service is and she gave us nothing but crappy service. We of course did not tip. Iām not one to leave negative reviews but as my family and I walked out she says āthanks for the tipsā saying her service was āgreatā. Iāve never had a bad experience or issues with anyone else at this BWW location so itās obvious who the problem is.

5 of us went to dine and the server Elizabeth we got was very rude assuming we were her last table as she rolled her eyes when we got sat in her section. she rushed us through our order then proceeded to forget a whole meal. She rarely checked on us then we it came to our checks she threw them on our table and walked off. Then proceeds to get mad when we donāt tip. Tips are earned by service not required.

I hate to say this is probably my last time eating here. Iāve always loved BWW but I recently moved here to Owasso and Iāve had a problem with cold food at this location twice now. My boyfriend has had no complaints with his nachos, but I get the wings and itās been sorely disappointing. Always cold and dry, and sometimes they have an odd texture. Price is way too much for wings that are very clearly not made fresh.

Terrible. Every time we come here the service is slow. Tonight was the worst, we were seated and not even acknowledged by a server for over 7 minutes. I understand being busy or short staffed but a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Letting us know youāll be with us soon and not just walking by with zero cares that you have a table you havenāt helped. Wonāt ever come back to this location. Claremore BWW does tons better than you, might want to go sit in over there and learn a couple things.

This used to be a family friendly place now more the young crowd is there and with poor management it's less desirable for any children parents beware the management was vulgar in front of my 12 yr old child I will never return and will advocate against any family going extremely disappointed plus cold food waitress says she was new but sat with friends and didnāt chexk on my family my wife was in tears over this poor excuse of a resteraunt
