Charlie's Chicken of Owasso

Been coming to this Charlie's all of my youth into adulthood and always had excellent service, except for a few occasions. Twice, when going through drive through one or two items were forgotten on my order even though the receipt says that my order was placed correctly. And tonight, just when I got home after coming INSIDE to order an item was forgotten (line behind me so told my order and went down to the register while they boxed and bagged it up). For someone who live 15 minutes away, its disappointing and can curb my appetite some. I understand if it was nearing the end of the week or weekend, but it was Tuesday and the line inside and out wasn't THAT busy. Still like the food and service here, but this has happened pretty frequently within a year. 🤷‍♀️ Keep eyes and ears open on the customer you are working with in front of you is all I can say.

Wow Wow Wow! We ordered catering and the amazing GM brought it herself! We didn't have to worry about plates, silverware, sauces, etc. They took care of that for us and I am blown away with the awesome service and food. Recommend all day, every day.

Fried catfish was the special. I tried it with rice and green beans. Everything was mediocre, but what I expect at a food line. Nothing is made fresh, but the order is made quickly. That's their best quality, probably, quick service at and affordable rice.
Their jalepeno chicken and regular chicken chunks are great!

Love the guys that take phone orders they are so nice. We are older and treat us with respect unlike most places that hate call ins.

The Charlie's in Owasso is always good. Food is always fresh. Tables are always clean. Have had no issues here.
