A couple of weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru just to grab something for my father and wife real quick. My dad's grilled chicken sandwich was dry to the point where he couldn't bite through some parts, they missed a set of fries, and the real kicker?
The email and phone number to contact them printed on the receipt don't work. The email is, apparently, nonfunctional and the phone number takes you to an automayed system that gets you nowhere and/or tells you to contact the email that doesn't work.
My newborn is in the hospital, so I didn't have the time to drive all the way back to this location just for a chicken sandwich and fries.
Save your money, you can make a better chicken sandwich at home for way less money.

Saturday Oct. 25 2025 around 9:30 am I went through the drive through and was in such a hurry I didn’t realize the gentlemen at the drive thru paid for my order. I just wanted to say thank you and I really appreciated that I just didn’t realize at the time, I was so in the zone of getting to work I just didn’t realize what you did so thank you so much.

When did this Chick-fil-A go down hill? Cold fries, overcooked chicken and really unpleasant service. I asked for honey and when I noticed they gave me honey mustard, I told the server and she acted like I put her out. My daughter's even complained about the food, and they usually don't complain about any fast food. I won't be going back to the Chick-fil-A in Owasso, which is sad, it used to be the best one.

Service was good, especially for how busy they were, my order was missing a few items, but, they didnt question me when I came inside to correct the order. They worked me right in.
Put in a catering order. Went in at time it said it would be ready. Went to the counter and said I was there to pick up an order. Instead of checking on the order for the name given, the cashier simply told me when orders were ready they would be put on the shelf to the side. I waited by the shelf for around 15 minutes and nothing showed up and inquired about the order again as our was 20 minutes past when it should have been ready. The order had been sitting on the heating tray behind the counter the entire time I had been there. The employee asked if I needed any sauce and I replied "no, but next time someone comes in and gives a name for an order, instead of tossing them off to the side, actually check on it so they aren't needlessly waiting around while their food gets old". The employee handed over the food, said nothing and walked off. Not the typical customer service from a chick fil a. The managers need to step it up and get employees trained better.
