Had good food and great service today. The special for 10.99 is a great deal. A drink, appetizer, and meal. Everything was tasty, and the service was outstanding. Definitely will be back.
They do a prettt good job, and the food is always good! I love the honey chipoltle chicken crispers. Last time, I had the brisket quesadilla and that was great too!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner Sunday night and it was very slow. My husband ordered the ultimate Cajun pasta which comes with chicken and shrimp. They forgot the shrimp and he stated that it didn’t even taste like Cajun and was very bland. My fajitas were fine. But my husband didn’t eat his food at all really felt like they should have refunded his meal and they did not. Also it was so freaking cold inside that I was rushing to get out of there! Let’s just say they didn’t do a very good job to make me want to go back! ALSO… my husband used to be a waiter at Chili’s like 8 years ago. We feel like it was definitely not worth the money!!

Temperature control is horrible. I’m freezing my ass off in here. Might wanna look into insulating the building better. I’m shaking it’s so cold. I would recommend going to another location because they do not have good temperature here. I ordered a medium steak and got a well done steak. Tasted good all the food tasted good. The fajitas were great. The shrimp was good, but my steak was overcooked. I have a picture, but it won’t let me download it.

I ordered through the online Chili’s app at this location. The money was taken from my account and I receive texts and when I showed up, they didn’t have my order. They got the “manager” Jake to come in and he could not find it and I showed him the email confirmation, where it was deducted from my bank account, and the fact that there is no order history in the app and he said well sorry have a good night and walked away.
Absolute. Worst. Customer service. Ever. I will be contacting corporate.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with a modern yet cozy vibe. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

Absolutely amazing service!! Our waiter Brad was spectacular. He had a rough night but didn’t let it show at all!!! Amazing attitude to have in customer service!! He waited a table with a smile on his face and did a wonderful job at making sure we were taken care of and happy!!! Shout out to Brad!! Such a great guy!! Management material!!!

My only complaint is with the Chicken Crispers. The “meat” was rubbery, and the strips didn’t pull apart in shreds like normal chicken would. When torn in half, the meat came apart in these small, shiny cubed pieces. I highly suspect this is possibly bio engineered or some sort of chicken substitute. It is definitely not true chicken.
That said, while everything else tasted good, I now don’t trust any ingredient used by Chili’s. It would be nice to hear from someone as to why my chicken was like that. I was able to eat only 1/2 of one of my 4 strips. Big waste of $16!
