I feel like a lot of people forget just how important reviews are for small, locally owned businesses. So I’d like to share mine. My partner and I have been going here for Chinese since February of 2024, rarely do we get it, but when we do, we go here. Not only because the food is really good, but the customer service and kindness they display means more to me than anything. I don’t know many other businesses that give you free 2L sodas and cool key chains and such for spending money in their restaurant. I also don’t know many restaurants willing to go so above and beyond for their customers. If something is wrong with your meal and you let them know, they’re QUICK to fix it. I’ve never needed a refund because if something tasted off, they fixed it, if it was too cold, they made it fresh. And they’re willing to do it as many times as they have to, to satisfy you. Every time I enter the door I’m treated as family. You don’t get that very often anymore. China Wok will continue to have my unwavering support. You guys do the best you can, and make every meal taste so yummy!!! 10/10 easily. Every time.

Life Is Good
I recently ordered takeout from China Walk and tried their General Tso’s shrimp, Chicken fried rice, steamed dumplings, and crab rangoon. Unfortunately, the General Tso’s shrimp was undercooked, with raw batter, hence the shrimp was raw as well. As you can see the chicken has n the Chicken fried rice appeared grey and unappetizing. When we contacted the restaurant for a refund, they asked us to return the dishes. They did refund us for the entrees, but not for the entire meal, which we felt would have been appropriate given the inconvenience. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we hope they improve their quality and customer service.

Great little place! We haven't eaten there before but typically pick it up. My wife is gluten sensitive and often has a limited menu. We have ordered Sesame Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Black Pepper Chicken and the Moo Goo Gai Pan as Gluten Free and she has never had any issues. Just specify when ordering to get them altered. Great flavor and friendly service! Glad we found this place! My wife hasn't been able to enjoy Chinese food or variety for years!
It may not be a great idea if you have an allergy but she has even been able to partake in the egg rolls without any issues. This may be dependent on how severe your intolerance is though.
