The bathrooms were filthy and the baby changing table is broke and leans. The salad bar was poor. Also just like everything else the credits per game have gone up quite a bit. It’s honestly not even worth going anymore. Definitely won’t be back.

Wasn't able to order food to go because of a birthday party. I get that someone has paid to use the restaurant dining area but to deny all your other customers and income because of a party isn't smart.

Parking: The arcade at this location is sub par. There's alot of those claw type machines that promote gambling. The rewards on the actual skill based machines is set too low and the points required for the decent prizes is too high.

As soon as I walked into this establishment I was greeted. Taylor had informed me that one of their members had walked out on them, I know he must have felt overwhelmed, but never did I feel that from him. He asked me and my sister what kind of pizza we liked and even brought it to our table. The pizza was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and the place was very nice and pretty. They have a game section for kids as well. Taylor went above and beyond and needs to be recognized for this!!

We arrived just in time to watch throngs of families descend upon the establishment much the way the wolf stalked little red riding hood. I watched in horror as they moved like piranha and mowed over anyone and anything that got in their way. They feasted like animals - often before they even made it back to their table, while they barked orders at obedient staff. If corporate isn't aware of what their hardworking and dedicated employees are going through, they should make time to observe. That being said, being here was a wonderful reminder of my past - one I was able to experience with my own family in a civilized manner. The best part of my dining experience was to see that they serve Diet Coke - perhaps the only establishment in Oklahoma to do so. As such, CiCi's Pizza is in my heart forever.
