Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We went to your Owasso restaurant, it’s was my parents, husband and two college kids. My dad couldn’t get his normal bc it’s only served on weekends??? My mom got your hash brown casserole- it was runny and undercooked. She also had your dumplings- again undercooked and floating in water. She loved the carrots and broccoli. I got two pancakes- they were meh. My daughter had French toast and it was ok. My son had chicken strips and they were UNDERCOOKED- outside was overcooked, but inside was pink and rubbery. Mashed potatoes used to be real, now they’re boxed instant stuff. Husband got the steak and chicken dinner. Asked for medium rare. It was more than medium well and fatty. His chicken strips were also tough/rubbery. Son had the strawberry mimosa too and that was served poorly and poor taste. Sad how it’s gone downhill. We love your store full of finds though. We will not be going back. We told our waitress about overcooked steak and undercooked chicken and she said she’d tell her manager- manager never came over they did comp their meals though.

Great down-home southern cooking! I love the atmosphere & I’m so glad they didn’t change the decor! Owasso, Ok does a great job!

This is the 4th time the food was subpar. Pancakes tasted good but came out without syrup and had frozen butter so you couldn’t spread it. They were out of BBQ sauce for my son’s chicken strips. This was Easter. Call me a sucker since I keep letting my wife talk me into going.

😁Have never had a bad meal here or experience. Staff is always friendly and prompt.

I stopped at the Owasso store to order food for take out after shopping. It was before 3:00 and not busy at all. When I placed my order, I was told 10 minutes. I said Okay as it is usually sooner. I walked around and found a few things I couldn't live without. At 10 minutes I checked at the counter on my order. The lady called for an update and did not receive an answer. At 15 minutes, I asked her to please check again. They said they we waiting on apples. At 20+ minutes my food finally came out. Unacceptable for a to go order.
I stopped going to this location as the quality of food had gone down. Also the orders were not being followed correctly. Guess I will stop going permanently. 😥

Update: I want to add that I was contacted by customer service and they made things right. Thank you...

waitress took over 5 minutes to even come get a drink order or anything after the hostess sat us down- it wasn’t a huge order it was me and my toddler. Not sure if it’s cause I look like a young mom. She checked in when she gave me butter for my potato as you guys were out of fresh- that was it. She handed me my neighbors behind us things once. My bill wasn’t large. I don’t even think I left a decent tip cause my service was less than satisfactory.

Seated immediately on a Saturday morning. Kitchen was a little slow getting food out but server kept our tea filled. Food was hot and fresh.

We wish you would bring back the cinnamon french toast. It was the best! We came for breakfast just for this and found out you guys don't serve it anymore. Was very disappointed 😞

The service was horrible not coming back here never thought I was going to be charged extra for hash browns I ordered a grandmas dish, overpriced the eggs looked hard and it was suppose to be scrambled eggs. I was racially profiled in this restaurant and I would like some type of refund or a coupon and that website link don’t work.

Waiter Chris is very bad waiter. Waited 45 minutes before giving up and leaving without eating. The manager said "we got your food now, come back and eat it" after we were leaving, terrible customer service
