my fav snowcones in the tulsa area however I’ve tried to come 2 times now when it says they’re open and they haven’t been. Very frustrating.

Ice wasn't really shaved to what I'd think shaved ice means. I'm trying to be careful and not be over critical. Wasn't exciting waiting 40 min with only 4 cars in front of us. Flavor was good. Price really good, but got daughters order wrong and whatever was put in there tasted like nothin

This is the worst snow cone place we have ever been to. The line took forever to get through and the flavor immediately sunk to the bottom because the ice is so chunky and it looks nothing like the pictures they advertised. It’s like the ice at the bottom of an ice bag and hurts to chew. What a waste of money.

Used to love this place. Just had the worst experience. We were charged for a whip, only to then be told, they didn't have the required ingredients AFTER being charged. The dragons blood slush I did order was nothing more than ice and food coloring.
Edit: I did not intend to insinuate that I did not receive a refund, I did. We paid with a card, and we were refunded for the cost of the dole whip in cash. I also must have misunderstood the reasoning for the dole whip not being made. The sno cone had little to no flavoring at all. Confirmed by 2 other individuals with me when I had them try it.
As a customer, it feels misleading to be told of an issue after being charged. Then you compound that with another poor experience with another product you offer, it's unacceptable. Maybe it was just an off day, but without discussion, there is no change. Thanks for replying.

Not sure what changed - but they are not serving Hawaiian style shaved ice anymore. Consistency of the ice is identical to what you’d get at a carnival or concession stand, very crunchy. Service is great, snow cones are fine but it’s not the same product it used to be, and no longer worth the wait in line.Edit: happy to hear it was just a temporary issue! we are at the Sperry & Chouteau football game tonight. & tried your shaved ice... let's just say this is by far the best shaved ice we ever had.... we LOVED how real & fresh the the flavor was..😍👌❤️

They are not very coordinated at this establishment. We placed our order and everyone they made a sno come they kept opening window and asking what each one was a again and again. And on top of that we we order and pay for a small not a mini should that what we should get I bet if they were better coordinated and not on cells phones helping other employees out they would probably get order rights. But they do taste good

usually my first pick for snow cones but not anymore. the wait is long almost every time which is fine but not practical for snow cones. Today I walked up to the window with my friend and stood there for about 15 minutes. There was one couple outside at the tables as well and the workers opened the window three times to take their money and give them the snow cones. All three times they opened the window, they did not say anything to me. In fact, they did not even look at me or my friend. Additionally, the car at the window did not move one inch the entire time. Gave up and left. Probably will not be back seeing as this issue is common.
I waited in the drive thru like for about 50 minutes with only two cars in front of me.. When I finally got up front and placed my order, I asked for a simple flavor with extra flavoring and a flat top. (no ice above the cup) I paid extra for it as well. They then gave me my cone 10 minutes later.. With no extra flavoring and standing 4 inches ABOVE the top of the cup.This is the worst shaved ice experience I’ve had in my life and won’t be coming back, I now have to drive on the other side of town to get a shaved ice.. Thank you.

Y'all...if you have.not been to CS yet you are missing out? Yesterday my oldest got a pineapple whip...SO creamy and tasted like real pineapple not just fake syrup. Why didn't I order myself one?Today took my youngest to get one and was DEVESTATED no pineapple whip? Reluctantly I orderd one cherry whip and one vanilla...guys it tasted like real cherries and we mixed them..SO good that dare I say it was BETTER than pineapple...great now we're addicted.?

Bad drive thru and really bad customer service, i saw people walk up to the window and stand there for 10 min and walk away without the employees having said a word to them at the window. The snow cone was okay but the experience in the line, and the employees behavior and lack of care is not worth experiencing a second time.
