Some good things come to an end unfortunately. When Matt had this business the staff were always friendly and happy to serve you. Now, unfortunately, that is no longer the case. After several visits and met with the same sour attitudes it is obvious the staff do not want to be there nor serve the customer. I went to this Daylight Donut this morning and had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in with no one ahead of me, and only one person came in after me—yet they waited on him first, even after I made direct eye contact with the employee behind the counter. They acted like I wasn’t even there.
I will never go back to this establishment again. The service was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. If I were you, I’d stay far away from this place....read full review
Both the 86th and 96th have gone downhill. They used to have fun and friendly staff. Nowadays, the donuts aren’t all usually ready and staff seems to have bad attitudes. Such a shame. I have always loved daylight donuts, but regretfully they won’t be getting business from myself or my family.
