Both the 86th and 96th have gone downhill. They used to have fun and friendly staff. Nowadays, the donuts aren’t all usually ready and staff seems to have bad attitudes. Such a shame. I have always loved daylight donuts, but regretfully they won’t be getting business from myself or my family.

They must have changed owners. We always looked forward to getting our Saturday morning donuts there. This morning, the 4 items we got were TERRIBLE. We didn't even eat all of what we bought. Probably start looking for another breakfast place.

We were long time customers of Bill's Donut Shop, but not anymore. I don't know what has changed but I asked for a fried cinnamon roll and was given a baked one. The Cajun pies barely had anything inside just mostly bread. The donuts we received were messy and not well made. We will look for a new Donut Shop. Not impressed at all.

I don’t know how hard it is to make a large coffee with a splash of vanilla creamer but somehow this place never gets it right. I only gave it a 2 star on food because the donuts are decent . It’s a standard donut shop so what atmosphere? And personally seems like the ladies who work here don’t want to be at work and are slower than molasses and mess up a simple coffee every dam time I’ve come.

Ever since this got bought out and has a new owner, the donuts have gone downhill quick. Donut holes barely have any glaze and just taste like stale bread. All the chocolate donuts that get put into bags instead of boxes, most of the chocolate sticks to the bag and doesn't stay on the donuts. The donuts have also gone down tremendously in size. Super disappointed in this place now. I wish it would go back to whoever owned it before. Someone else please buy it and change it back!
We've been going to this location every Saturday at the same time for years. I don't know if they have a new owner or what, but they are going downhill fast. The apple fritters used to be huge, thin and crispy. Now they're less than half the size and no longer thin and crispy. Completely ruins the taste and texture everyone loved. The fried cinnamon rolls used to be huge, rolled thick and fried so that the outside was crispy and the inside was light and fluffy. Now they're rolled thin, about half the size, very dense, and look like something you get at a gas station with not much flavor. The donut holes used to be huge, warm, melt in your mouth awesomeness. The last 5 times we've gone there, they're half the size, cold and dense. If I wanted lousy, dense, tiny, tasteless donuts, I'd go to Duncan.

Stopped by here for a few donuts and holes for my little nephew. Noticed several flies sitting on several donuts. Invest in a flyfan and install it at the door and drive thru door. And s few UV lights that trap and kill bugs. I'd never eat donuts from a place that had flies puking on food. That's disgusting. "Gimme a twister, hold the flies." - Mr Jones.
They have really good Cajun pies, the rest is normal ol daylight. Reason for 2 stars, the lady felt the need to lick her fingers before digging out my loose change. She’s just a nasty old lady guarantee lol smh
