Incredibly rude, I had my account hacked and I was having another dominos verify that they saw my point and they told both him and me to go to hell and that since the order wasn’t at his store it had nothing to do with them. Shawn, Shean, SHEIN, whatever his name is the manager is unprofessional and rude.

To go location only with decent online promotional deals. Less to be desired on quality and driver friendliness. Pickup staff is decent, but gotta be mindful of your sauces salads, etc being included with your order.
Gentleman who drives the white Kia Soul needs help. I am not about to write something negative about a particular individual but internal investigation should be launched on his driving habits and customer interactions. My friend and I both have had negative experiences with him- even when we requested no contact via delivery orders.

My order was not ready on time, was told they had an oven problem and had to get other orders out first and they would bring it to me in my car. I waited and finally got my order 40 minutes later, asked for grated cheese and peppers and was told they were unable to give me any because we did not order them and they cost $1.25 each. My food ended up being cold. Next time I will go to Mazzio’s

Well🤔🤔 if they could get delivery people who can follow a simple address then maybe ratings would be better, simply unbelievable, I was on the phone with the guy🤣🤣 he still delivered it to God knows where, happens all the time in one of the easiest places to find a address, decided to give them a try again after many years, won't again.

Ordered 3 items roughly $50 in food and when it arrived everything in the order was wrong. I tried to call and get it fixed. Was sent a single pizza with almost no toppings on it. Basically I threw away $50+ after I tipped the driver. Won't be ordering from here anymore
They messed up on my delivery, took it to some other address and I never received my food, not only that, but I never got a apology. Worst customer service. Possibly the staff at hand need some more training, on curtesy and understanding. They said for me to just cancel and reorder after all the transactions where done.

We called to check on our order and were told it was the next to go out for delivery. Not 10 minutes later we received notification our order was cancelled, with no explanation, even though we'd just been told it was ready. Very poor management.

Don't know about atmosphere. But delivery was outstanding as was the pizza. I haven't ordered from Domino's in a long time. But they didn't scrimp on the toppings. The crust was excellent. As was the price.

Ordered a large NY Style pizza, 3 topping- Mushrooms, olives, spinach. There were 10 pieces of spinach on this large pizza. TEN! What the hell! Spinach is not expensive. Why is Dominos so chinsy with their toppings? I didn't count the mushroom slices. But there were not very many. Time to start buying at other pizza places.

1) Open dominos app 2) Click on the three bars at the top left 3) At the bottom of the menu that just opened right above their privacy policy it says do not sell/share your info. Click on that. 4) Read their little thing that says it’s better for you if you stay in it. Then at the bottom right under where they briefly let you know they sell your information click on the yes. 5) Put in your email and click next. All the words on that page just let you know that opting out is only for this device not an account due to “technical limits” that I’m sure they’re working hard to correct. 6) Wait for your verification code. It takes a few minutes and the code is only good for 12 minutes so keep your email open. 7) Put in the verification code and confirm.
Will it actually do anything, who knows, but if it doesn’t work, don’t you want to be part of the billion dollar class action suit that will net you a free topping on a large pizza some day?***
Too long and don’t want to read? Dominos stupid insurance for an issue either offers you a coupon they already offer to everyone or forces you to become a member of their rewards program so they can track you in order to get any kind of redemption.
I’ll start this off with I love this store and unfortunately use delivery a little too much from here. Delivery people have been awesome each time.
Tonight, though for whatever reason (short staffed, just an overall rough night, the restaurant can’t staff appropriately to insure quality service because of pure corporate greed, who knows?), my pizza sat for 30 minutes after quality check. Fine, if the pizza is bad I’ll use the insurance. It was cold, I know, I was shocked too. I use the insurance thing and the picture are the three choices I got. The last choice just takes you to the website, that’s nice, take these two options or get out of here. Option 1 is a freaking coupon they already offer to everyone. So option 2 is really your only choice. Sorry we messed up, here’s your free pizza for a $40 order being cold. Fine, good enough just to be done with this. Oh, wait the pizza is only redeemable if you sign up for their rewards. So they are using your problem to force sign you up for their rewards so they can track you better.
