Found small hairs in the pizza mixed in with the cheese.. pretty concerning with the amount of hair I found and didn’t catch prior…I called and she could only credit me for next time or make another pizza(not hungry anymore). There was no refund issued which is unfortunate based on the circumstances.

So their website messed up my order and when I noticed it picking it up the manager just keeps laughing and saying I’d just have to buy another pizza. Real great customer service there 👍🏼 I just emailed corporate.

When I've ordered pizzas from here, the app generally says it should be ready in 13-16 minutes. It typically takes them 25 minutes just to put it in thr oven. Today I ordered at 630 and got here at 700. The app said my pizza went in at 654 and should be ready in 8 minutes. The people that work the counter are terrible customer service people. They slap down the box at the counter and don't trouble themselves to apologize for taking 45 minutes. The pizza I got had a 50 percent coupon for half off the menu price. There is no way I'd pay $24 bucks for this sad looking pizza. It looks like one of the frozen $4 pizzas that you get at the grocery store. These franchises need to keep tabs on their people, quality, and service. There are many other Domino's that put this one to shame.

Ordered online, waited for food, paid for order they asked for tip, after all done and said asked for crushed pepper and she said it cost extra!! And was very rude about it
