When I moved to Owasso in September this place was great. They got rid of some people it seems and now it is simply terrible. Worst dunkin I have ever been to.
I come here just about every day (I spend lots of money I’m aware haha) the staff is very friendly! My drink (a refresher) always tastes so good and the food good as well. Sometimes the food takes a little longer, but only if I come at a busy time which is understandable. The staff also seem to be unfortunately very short staffed so I understand. Overall, very kind people, good drinks, and good food!

Unfortunately if I was the manager of this location I would be writing up the donut maker. I went through the drive, ordered 3 dozen. 1 mixed 2 glazed. They didn't have any glazed. It was 5am! On a FRIDAY! I'm sure the guy working didn't have any control over who actually makes the doughnuts overnight for the morning. He couldn't understand why he didn't have glazed either. I had to go elsewhere.

I've never been to a Dunkin' before this and my first experience was NOT good. I visited the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich. I was greeted and asked to wait when there were no other vehicles in the drive thru and a lobby that wasn't busy. I waited at least three minutes and they took my order. Pulled up and paid and they asked me to pull forward. I sat there waiting for my food for about 10 minutes before they finally brought it, while at least two other vehicles completed their drive thru trips behind me. Now I'm about to be late to work, so I hurry there and pull out my food. The hash browns were burnt and not fresh; soggy and not crispy at all. The English muffin was not an English muffin but some fluffy bread in the approximate form of an English muffin. The cheese on the sandwich was not what was pictured on the menu and it was hardly existent. At least the sausage and egg had okay flavor because that was the only thing that drove me to eat it at all. All in all, a very disappointing experience. I will probably never return.

Workers had some kind of high School drama going on behind the counter.. coffee does not taste like signature Dunkin taste. The lids do not stay on the cups I have been burnt twice from coffee from this location

I made a mobile order and ended getting stuck in the drive through for about 40 minutes. I wouldn’t go here before work, or in any time crunch unless you have an hour to bleed.

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad at this location because I go here like once a week and it’s always delicious and the employees are extremely nice.
I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance before leaving a low review, but it’s truly in need of a management makeover. I sat in the drive thru for a long period of time, before the gentleman in front of me was helped. I assumed he had a large order, when he finally pulled forward I see he had only ordered 2 donuts! I followed by ordering one glazed and one strawberry. The glazed donut was so hard and stale my daughter couldn’t even eat it. Definitely serving day old or more donuts. Do better Dunkin! I’ve been to other locations and it’s nothing like this.Will not be going back.
Every single time I go they take forever I got to stare at my coffee for 5 minutes through the window before someone handed it to me or even acknowledged me. It was a mobile order that I even stopped at the drive through to tell them I was here cause if you don’t they will not answer the window.

This is the 3rd time this has happened. Go to get donuts and pay for them just to tell me they only have one kind of munchkins. News flash not everyone likes pumpkin!
the “mobile order pickup drive thru lane” none of the employees or customers know how to use. i have tried to use it twice and was just told to get in the drive through line which is fine but why have a mobile pickup lane if it’s not going to be any speedier? maybe this will get resolved at some point but for now very confusing. the other issue is just the wait time. the people are nice but i waited 40 mins yesterday and today i’ve waited 20 for 1 breakfast sandwich and hash browns.
