Literally took over 30 minutes to get a coffee and sandwich when it wasn't even busy. Staff was short and rude as well.

Bunch of teenagers working.
They were laughing and making jokes with each other. Not taking the time to communicate with us. Very rude.

I will drive to Owasso just for a coffee! Grew up on the East Coast and this is my taste of that!! Love me some Dunkins!!
Waited 50 minutes for my mobile order. Several other customers were waiting inside for their order as well. Drive-thru wasn’t moving. Just an annoying experience.

This has to be the worst breakfast place in owasso. The staff really just seems like they don't care about anything and after today I don't think I'll be going back except to get a refund. My sandwich had half a sausage and my wife's sandwich was cold. This place has always been bad but it just keeps getting worse. Go literally anywhere else for a halfway decent breakfast sandwich. For the record this sandwich will run you an embarrassing $7.

Just paid to have door dash bring this to me in Taiwah. Just got a completely plan croissant. No egg, no cheese. What a waste. If i had gone anywhere else I wouldn’t still be hungry…

Took us almost 30 min to be waited on and we were inside. Staff just walked around not really doing anything. Looked like no one knew what they were doing. It was horrible.

Just sat in the drive through for 12 minutes and nobody said anything. Went to Starbucks instead even tho I hate Starbucks 😐

My husband, our two-year-old daughter, and I recently stopped by the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through, and the experience definitely left room for improvement. Even though the staff mentioned they were busy, there didn’t seem to be much going on, yet the whole process ended up taking approximately 35 minutes from start to finish. My husband placed a fairly standard multi-item order, but when we got to the window, there were mistakes—one doughnut was missing and the coffee wasn’t served at the right temperature. they gave him iced coffee instead of a hot coffee. On top of that, we had already waited about 10 minutes to order and another 15 minutes before going in for them to hand over half completed no receipt was given. Thankfully, when we pointed this out politely, the staff fixed the issue right away and gave us everything we were missing. Overall, the visit was very slow was not busy definitely needed more employees we pulled away with all our stuff 10:10

Repeated visits filled donuts have no filling. Service is always slow and hot coffee is warm at best.
But last visit topped it off:
Placed mobile order to pick up decaf grounds to arrive and be told they decided not to carry decaf at this location because they don't think it will sell. I would have to pick a caffeinated option instead because I paid thru app. Nope, not an option for me.
The Owasso local is very disappointing after we were so excited DD was coming to the area.

11:55am and they only had six donut options to choose from out of the approximate 15 different types of donuts. First time at this location, which is not a good first impression. I shouldn’t be surprised because the two young ladies (blonde hair & blue hair) were emotionless. While one did the bare minimum of greeting us, they rang us up and just walked away without saying a word.
At least the donuts they did have were good.

Have tried going here multiple times and they never have hash browns or munchkins. I waited for 10 minutes before being told they’ll take my order in a minute. There was 3 people in line… This time we finally got to order munchkins and went to the window and found out there was only blueberry and chocolate and they had already charged us. One of the worst operated locations of any chain I’ve ever been to.
