We ordered tacos de asada, rice, and beans. The beans were very creamy and flavorful. The rice had good flavor. The tacos were savory and went well with the green salsa. Would have added pictures but I ate them right away. The woman working was very kind as well. Great place would recommend to anyone.

El Gran Coyote is a regular in my rotation of taco trucks. I've had almost everything on their menu, but I always seem to gravitate to the torta. Huge, full of flavor and priced right, it always hits the spot for lunch. The street tacos are well filled and tasty, the crunchy tacos also are some of the best around. My son absolutely loves their quesadillas, and the wife loves their carne asada dinner. People are always polite and friendly. Hands down on of the best taco trucks in town.

The quesadilla was okay. Would have been better I actually got what I ordered. I asked for chicken and got beef. At least I think it was beef. It definitely was not polo. I ate here once before a few months ago. I ordered a burrito. There was a small bone in the ground beef. Fortunately, I did not chip a tooth. I think I'm done trying this place.
