The picture evergreen posted of their soda with dip and dots vs what I was given. That was not dip and dots, idk what that was but I threw it away because it looked disgusting. The girl did tell me they were out of vanilla and only had rainbow and I said sure I’ll try it. Well I fully expected their picture but rainbow and instead I got what looks like orange chicken ice cubes 🤢

I frequently stop at the Evergreen Coffee drive through near German Corner, because it's conveniently located near my house. The coffee is great, and as a diabetic I love that they have so many sugar free options. It's definitely my favorite coffee stop!

We ordered two drinks and one was definitely not correct. It was cold brew and that was not what was ordered as well as the flavors were not correct. The second drink also didn’t have the correct flavors or if it did you couldn’t even really taste them. We visit this evergreen often and usually are very satisfied but this trip was disappointing. We also had to wait quite a while for our drinks and that never happens.

**Review of Evergreen Coffee Shop (86th Street Location)**
I recently visited the Evergreen Coffee Shop's 86th Street location, hoping to find the same excellent service and quality beverages I enjoyed at their now-closed 76th Street location. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
Firstly, our favorite barista moved to the 86th Street location, so we decided to give it another try despite past issues. Sadly, they were not on the schedule and the problems persisted. The coffee was either oversweetened or just plain wrong, failing to meet the standards we had come to expect from Evergreen.
One major issue at this location is the lack of a visible specialty menu. While the 76th Street location always prominently displayed its offerings, the specialty menu at the 86th Street location was hidden below the register. It wasn't available at the drive-thru, alongside the other Lotus specialty menus, on the app, or the website. This lack of visibility is frustrating and inconvenient.
Speaking of the Lotus energy drinks, they seem out of place at a coffee shop. If this location were called Evergreen Energy Drink Company, at least the focus would be clear, but it's not. The emphasis on energy drinks over coffee feels misaligned with the brand.
Adding to the dissatisfaction is the manager's attitude. Her demeanor is rude and unwelcoming. With nails longer than most paint brushes and makeup heavily caked on, she gives off an unpleasant vibe, making customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued patrons.
Overall, my experience at the Evergreen Coffee Shop's 86th Street location was disappointing. The quality of the coffee, the hidden specialty menu, and the manager's rudeness significantly detract from what could be a great coffee shop experience. Until these issues are addressed, I can't recommend this location.
