Great food and ice cream. Online order was ready quick even during a busy time.

Disgusting!!!! Overpriced. Gave my daughter stale gummy worms. My burger bun was so wet and soggy and tasted like peanut butter. Also staff was incredibly rude and unhappy. Do not come here!!!!

Posted a review about poor service I received here and it got deleted. Don't come here. My order was wrong. The girl (her name was jasmine) taking it was rude and made me and my partner feel like we were an inconvenience for going there.

Tried the chicken club sandwich it was really good, small but really good

The Freddy’s was absolutely magnificent, whoever the tattooed man was at the drive threw window on 03/22/2025, he did and outstanding job as well as the guy with a mustache and glasses. 10/10 love Freddy’s and those men did an absolutely splendid job!

They took forever to take my order, and they were slow business wise. And then they mixed up my order with someone else's.

The food today 02/21/25 was super super salty. EVERYTHING we ordered was sooooo salty!! We couldn't finish our meals due to it ALL being over salted!! Thr chicken strips, thr burgers and even the cheese curds. Please stop over salting!!

Please teach your employees what an onion skin is so they don’t attempt to chop it up, cook it, and place it in another sandwich. This is ridiculously disgusting.

My husband and I went tonight for a late dinner after work. We were both pretty hungry and decided Freddy’s would be quick and tasty. We were the only people in the restaurant and ended up waiting a few extra minutes for our food than normal. When I checked the receipt to see how long it had been, it was about 11-12 minutes. Not too bad, but noticeable to us since we were the only ones inside. We aren’t the kind of people to speak up about it though, so we just continued to wait. After receiving our food, a kind worker came up to us and offered us a couple meal vouchers and apologized for our wait. She made sure to let us know that we could approach her with any concerns or needs. It was very nice of her! When we were finished eating, I was just about to go up to get my ice cream (that I had ordered with our meals) when the lady came back to our table holding two vanilla custards. She offered them to us for free, and when I told her that I was just about to get my ice cream that I ordered, she asked for my order number and immediately went to fetch the ice cream for me! She was awesome! My husband really enjoyed his vanilla custard too. I wish I would have gotten her name, but still had to share the amazing customer service she displayed tonight! We will definitely be back to Owasso Freddy’s!

Ordered through the app and our meals were prepared just as ordered even with multiple customizations. All items were packaged well for traveling. Delicious fresh ingredients! Burgers and fries seasoned perfectly. Fast, friendly professional service.

Absolute crap, can’t even get an online order right, you don’t even have to rush with an online just make sure it’s right, then confirm. Not so sure what’s so hard abt it, but they can’t ever seem to get it right, and have lost customers.

Had a lettuce wrap burger and it was made perfectly.
