We have struggled with the Owasso location for the last year or so. Today the pizza came out cold and was hand tossed instead of thin crust. We told the waitress and she said it was thin crust The manager came over and said the same thing. He offered to make a new pizza but we declined as we didn’t have time to wait. Nothing else was said or done. We will be driving to another location from now on.

Service standards so horrible that it made the delicious pizza not even worth coming in. We were sat upstairs, drinks and order taken by the server. 30 mins later and no sight of our server. Nate delivered our pizza and refilled my friends water. Kudos Nate!!
