I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The food was unfortunately not up to standard and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On top of that, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, which made the visit even more disappointing. I submitted a formal review/concern previously and have not received any follow-up from management, which speaks to the lack of care for customer feedback. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and makes improvements, as both the quality of food and service are essential to creating a positive dining experience.

Excellent visit tonight. Averi took care of us and the service was excellent. She was prompt and friendly. We didn't want for anything! Cooks were quuck and our food came out fast and just as we ordered it. No mistakes. Restaurant was nice and clean tonight. Great job IHOP!
