I’ve eaten at many sandwich shops, but this Jimmy John’s was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff acted like customers were an inconvenience—they barely acknowledged me, moved at a snail’s pace, and ignored basic cleanliness. Tables were sticky And crumby. It’s clear this location suffers from lazy workers and management that doesn’t supervise or train anyone. If corporate Jimmy John’s reads this: this store is an embarrassment to your brand. I won’t be back, and I’ll be telling friends and family to steer clear.

If you are a bread lover go to Subway but if you more into what's in the sandwich Jimmy John's is the place for you. The bread was toasted perfectly and meat, sauce and veggies were delicious.

Went here for lunch today and ordered a hot turkey beacon. Club lulu. Open up my sandwich and barely any meat. When I talked to the manager all he had to say was “ we pre scale out meat out. No I’m sorry I can make you a new one. We can add more meat. I have come here many times and had more meat than this. Come on

They decided to wait 15 minutes after i placed my order to tell me "there's no delivery driver" and that they have to cancel it. Usually in a place of business you don't waste time giving that information.

I placed an order 15 minutes later they said they were out of bread, finally got more bread, lost my order, then they started to make other people’s orders, 40 minutes later I asked for my money back and the staff was super rude and was disrespectful. Also what sandwich place runs out of bread? Super bad experience and I don’t recommend it. Staff needs to be fired.

They took our Jimmy John's away from Bartlesville. Shame on you Jimmy John's. Now I have to drive to Owasso to get my sandwich fix. It just goes to show how people in Bartlesville don't know good sandwiches because they haven't all tried a Jimmy John's sandwich. They kept Subway instead of Jimmy John's, WTH?!?!! At least Jimmy John's isn't being sued again like Subway because their "foot long" sandwiches aren't 1 foot long.
Dietary restrictions: My girlfriend can eat here, she is lactose intolerant.

I normally love this place.. But, was definitely disappointed this time!:( I placed a mobile order, and went to pick up the orders… and they told me upon arriving that they didn’t have the bread for my sandwich. Was just frustrating, because I wouldn’t have had to waste 20 minutes of driving/gas to drive into Owasso. Normally love this place, but was really disappointing this time!:(
