This KFC was the worst!! I don't know what happened to KFC, it used to be a treat to go! We just left Owosso KFC, it was nothing but raw and nothing but a grease bomb!! It was HORRIBLE!! The people that were working there looked dirty and lazy!! Tables were dirty and sticky! I will NEVER go here again and will be LUCKY if I ever go back to a KFC again!!

Made a delivery order and the driver was told they weren't going to make my order. These are some sorry lazy inconsiderate people in the establishment. Someone needs to come down from corporate and clean house. Start with all the management and then build a new team or they will be closing this location before long. I have never in my life seen people turn down an order they received over the internet because they refused to make it. The door dash driver was even in shock at their response. He's the person who called me to let me know I wouldn't be getting my order. Wow, just wow...

I've always liked KFC and still do but VERY DISAPPOINTED that they no longer have the fried apple pies. Now they have some kind of nasty chocolate chip cake or chocolate chip cookie and I can't stand anything chocolate chip. The prices went up and quality down. Now you get greasy chicken and they even messed my order up last time so I paid more and did not receive what I ordered so I will not order KFC anymore.

Extremely long wait times …disrespectful employees … I will never go back to this KFC again!
We went through the drive through about 7 30 pm tonight, my daughter & I got bowls. My boyfriend got the 5 tender meal, it was like a 12 dollar meal, why did they have to skip us on the tiniest tenders, half a cup of mash potatoes. I would call up there, but I feel like it's not worth it, because when I asked about why is the guy making our food not wearing gloves, the lady with the piercings told us we are not required to wear gloves. Only when we make the sandwiches, I work in fast food and never heard of that rule. When you got nasty people making our food gloves are well needed thank you!

Wow this is one of the worse I have seen. Lady had music head set on and drive thru headset on. Employees wearing just anything and not clean no receipt given.

Such a sad place!! Could not eat it. I drove up at about 6pm, so it was dark outside . The building had no exterior lights on. I initially thought that the store was closed. I did see someone waiting at the counter when I walked up to the door so I went in. I ordered an eight piece bucket. I asked the young man at the counter if they were having a problem with the lights because it was so dark. He just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know. He glanced at the light switch and sa that he thought they were on. But wasn’t sure and did not seem to be in a hurry to investigate the matter. So I ordered my food. For the number of people who were working I would have thought that they would have moved faster! I only saw one person moving a little faster and that was only because her cookie order from crumble had arrived. There was only one other person waiting for their order. No one was in the darkened drive through. I paid for my “food” and left. Worst chicken EVER!! They shorted us on the number of pieces of chicken , but this was probably a blessing!! The meat was SO Greasy!!!!!! The breading, what there was of it, was sliding off the meat! It was soaked in oil. I tried to use paper towels to absorb some oil it but in the end just threw it out. A big waste of time and money!!!!
Mac & Cheese tastes burnt. The chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. Hopefully I won't get Simonella.
