We ordered two #7 fill up meals. Took them 15 minutes. Meanwhile a elderly gentleman had place an order for white meat, had to wait on breast. They had to fix them. He was told 20 minutes. After 20 minutes he asked for his money back. While we were here the young man on the register had to go back and ask if they had what the customer wanted. I'll never come back. The guy in the kitchen kept coming up front when customer complained saying orders weren't showing up on his side.

first off the entry doors were dirty (should have been a red flag) countertop dirty and sticky floors were sticky, we ordered 2 three piece meals, chicken was not tasty only good experience was the fountain soda was good. There was only two customers inside, a dad and his son.time was 3:30 6/23/2025 will not return.

Order a 12 piece and some nuggets. It took 33 minutes for that order to be cooked. I sat in the parking lot and watched two cars go through the drive though and not one person come inside. AND IT STILL TOOK OVER 30 MINUTES! Just avoid this disaster.

Got here a little before 9 thru the drive thru and they refuse to serve us. Everything was put away and they ignored us.even when they saw us . We even waved to what looks like the manager and just looked away from the drive thru window. the reviews for this place is so low. Kfc corporate needs to look into this place . My husband looked through the drive thru window and everything looks unsanitary so we left.

This KFC is needs to be put out of its misery. You drive by and think, omg it’s still open?? It’s the angry old man from the neighborhood you swear should have went to Jesus years ago. It looks condemned from the outside, inside screams this may end in food poisoning…but here I am reviewing because against my better judgement, I gave it a shot. And regret it. The food matches everything else. Every bite is questionable, sticky when it shouldn’t be, yet dry at the same time….but the person who took my order was quite pleasant. That’s nice, but not enough to make up for the other unfortunate events they have going on

The building is old and the equipment and interior of the restaurant needs a face-lift but the food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

This KFC was the worst!! I don't know what happened to KFC, it used to be a treat to go! We just left Owosso KFC, it was nothing but raw and nothing but a grease bomb!! It was HORRIBLE!! The people that were working there looked dirty and lazy!! Tables were dirty and sticky! I will NEVER go here again and will be LUCKY if I ever go back to a KFC again!!

Made a delivery order and the driver was told they weren't going to make my order. These are some sorry lazy inconsiderate people in the establishment. Someone needs to come down from corporate and clean house. Start with all the management and then build a new team or they will be closing this location before long. I have never in my life seen people turn down an order they received over the internet because they refused to make it. The door dash driver was even in shock at their response. He's the person who called me to let me know I wouldn't be getting my order. Wow, just wow...
