I came by drive through on a Monday evening to get the family some chicken. I live in Collinsville and when I got home to disperse the food we were shorted 5 pieces of chicken and no legs on a 16 piece family dinner. I decided it was too late to make the 20 minute drive back into Owasso so called to speak to the manager. Robert let me know they’d take care of it next time I came in. Fast forward a week later I was in town and decided to pick up the order. I was told that wasn’t possible because if they gave me the meal and did that for everyone they would be out of business. I let him know they need to do better business. He agreed to replace the missing chicken but then when I drove off the second time they still shorted me 1 piece of chicken. He replaced 4 pieces not 5…I ordered a 16 piece and got 11 then got 4 more so still not what I got for the $47 spent there. Needless to say we won’t be spending our money there anymore.

The place was dirty and the young guy at the counter seemed high. The biscuits was so hard I couldn't break with a hammer. There were no customers there and that should have been a sign. I will never ever waste my money there again.

I would never go back. The service is horrible. Whoever they had at the drive-thru window need some training. They absolutely do not need to be a cashier or in the drive-thru.

Just a heads up...if you get the six piece meal with the four sides and biscuits. The sides are only one serving, not family sizes.
KFC doesn't disappoint. The service is friendly, relatively fast, and the food is hot . My orders are always correct .

Usually good. This last visit, horrible. Biscuits were like rocks. Not one was edible. Mixed really old strips with new ones, even adding 4 spicy, which no one in my family can eat. Sad that you don't know until you get home that it was bad.Not marking this off the list unless it happens again. Owasso consumers are unforgiving for nasty food. I hope they do better next time.
