Sharon did an excellent job! Placed a timed order for 9:30 pm. It was not ready until 9:52. Food was hot and fresh and loaded with cheese. Sharon apologized for the delay. Went above and beyond. I recommend this place but give an extra 20-30 Minutes lead time.

Worst service from any pizza chain I ever experienced. And I ordered online to even skip the line but it took a whole hour and 40 mins to get my food after id paid for pickup. DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE OR GOING TO THIS LITTLE CAESAR location at all. 🤨😡 Horrible. No apologies no nothing

I'm so disappointed the bread sticks were so undercooked and the butter wasn't even melted. The cheese pizza was cold and old and they just opened for lunch! I will not be returning.

I am usually not one to complain and leave reviews. I believe in giving places multiple times to do things right. We have always thought Little Ceasars has great pizza. They have always been known to have the basic pizzas available when you walk in (especially during peak dinner time). That was what they were known for. However, the Owasso, OK location does NOT have “Hot-N-Ready” pizza when you walk in. It has changed to a 20-50 minute wait for even just one pepperoni pizza. They use the excuse that they are “short staffed”. We have personally watched the staff in the back be on their phones watching the order receipts stack up. It’s also not very clean inside. If you are looking for the ever famous “Hot-N-Ready” pizza, this is NOT the location to visit. We would love to see this location under new ownership and completely overhauled.
