I am usually not one to complain and leave reviews. I believe in giving places multiple times to do things right. We have always thought Little Ceasars has great pizza. They have always been known to have the basic pizzas available when you walk in (especially during peak dinner time). That was what they were known for. However, the Owasso, OK location does NOT have “Hot-N-Ready” pizza when you walk in. It has changed to a 20-50 minute wait for even just one pepperoni pizza. They use the excuse that they are “short staffed”. We have personally watched the staff in the back be on their phones watching the order receipts stack up. It’s also not very clean inside. If you are looking for the ever famous “Hot-N-Ready” pizza, this is NOT the location to visit. We would love to see this location under new ownership and completely overhauled.

Pizza shouldn't be difficult. Can't view their menu online without starting an order. Can't order at the counter because they don't offer that service. Tried to order through the app and it wasn't working. Can't get help because, well, they don't offer that service! 😡 Food was good. But it doesn't matter because I'm not willing to go through this again. I can get good pizza somewhere else. Won't be back!

This store does not do counter service anymore, though there was no sign or communication from the staff. Several customers walked out, so it's not just me that sees an issue. I stood there for 20+ minutes, not a person at the register. I decided to try the app. It gave me an error placing order and I was unable to find an employee to help me. I called the support number, waited on hold just to be transferred to a call center, who was friendly and did help me, and ended up placing an on the phone order for me. I find it ridiculous that I can't place an order the traditional way, and that they didn't communicate that with us customers.
On the other hand the food was great and always has been which is why I didn't give up on placing an order and why I jumped through all of these hoops to place my order. 🍕

If I could leave 0 stars I would, got our order wrong TWICE not only that but got home pizza was still doughy got to the crazy bread and was straight dough none of it was edible. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

This is a solid Little Caesars location and exactly what I expect from the chain. The pizza is great when you get it fresh, but Little Caesars has never been my top choice for cold or old Pizza. I initially tried to go in the evening just before closing time, but I did not try to order anything once I realized I didn't have anything that was hot and ready at the moment. Completely reasonable on their part, because they were closing soon. I ended up picking up hot and ready pizza the next day, and it was just as I expected
