Expensive and couldn't even eat the meatloaf with the gel-like gravy

Our food was delicious. The only downfall is the portions are huge. Second time in I shared the Monte Cristo with a friend and neither one of us were able to even finish a half portion. I would prefer smaller portions with smaller price tags.

Delicious food. Fries are a bit of a disappointment. They're thin and floppy.
Also, 50 cents for a side of ranch is a bit ridiculous and couldn't find where it says extra charge for ranch on the menu.
Cute restaurant though. Their cocktails are wonderful. The monte Cristo is good and so is the pressed Cuban. The onion rings were nice and crunchy!

EDIT: I reached out to this company with the email address they provided in their reply, and they never responded.
Unfortunately, my husband decided we should get takeout here for his birthday this past year and it's a major regret. He's on a weight loss drug, so he doesn't get to eat very much because it limits how much he can eat and his appetite, so this was basically all he got to eat for 12 hours.
MAD Eats describes their Caprese Grilled Cheese as the following: Melted mozzarella, provolone, cheddar jack cheeses with sliced tomato, and basil pesto on grilled sourdough. My only special request was no tomato. The photo shows what I got. My sandwich was covered in burnt cheese and, as there was no photo to warn me that I could find on the menu, I was completely unprepared for this crime against cheese. I LOVE grilled cheese in [almost]] all its forms. This fiasco, though, was atrocious.
Oh, and the cheesecake? It tasted sour. Like, well beyond a cream cheese sour. Like, the ingredients were past their due date sour. And it was so expensive it would have been absurd to try to buy a better dessert after our extremely disappointing dinner. So, even though we wasted a ton of money on our awful dinner and dessert, we ended up with very little edible food, because it was all awful.
And the waitstaff who brought it out to the car seemed like they had a million better things to be doing; and that did not include being nice to me or talking to me like a person.

Went in yesterday 03/10/25, not my first time. Food was a disappointment, service was lacking. This place has really gotten bad. Food temperature, food quality have steadily declined with each visit.

Very nice place, but the size can be a bit intimidating. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Shakes were delicious, fun atmosphere and lovely server! Loved the Willy Wonka and Goonies themed items!
Blueberry pancakes were huge and delicious.
Disappointed in the cheesecake filled red velvet cupcake. Filling was good but the cake part was so dry and almost flavorless. Presentation was nice though!

Classic American menu offerings. Started with traditional Bloody Mary which was a tad bland, spicy but not a lot of flavor. I had the Cuban sandwich with fries and it was ok. The cheese wasn’t melted and very little pulled pork. One of our party had the fried meat loaf, mashed potatoes and garlic green beans. Good flavor but very heavy. Another had the chicken biscuit with fried chicken tenders home fries and two eggs. All in all food was ok service was fast and pleasant and atmosphere was modern and stark.

Visited for the first time since I am new to the area. When we went to be seated the table was dirty and had lots of available tables but had to wait for it to be cleaned. We then placed our order and keep in mind it wasn't busy it was right before 3pm. For a taco plat and Mac and cheese it took over 20 minutes for the food to arrive and it was only luke warm. We asked for a TOGO container for the mac and cheese and was brought a cardboard box. We then had to ask for a different container and the waiter just kind of laughed. I had such high expectations of this place but don't think I would ever visit again or recommend this to anyone. The entire staff seemed to be a bunch of kids that didn't care how the place was run.

I love mad eats but the food quality has suffered the past two times I've been there. Had the fried chicken picnic and two of the four pieces were the size of my thumb. Mac and cheese was rubbery and the Cole slaw was dry. The milkshakes are good though.

We met up with family and suggested MAD Eats for supper. We all shared chips and queso and it was good. The Little Flip Outs shared the kids foot long corndog and they enjoyed it. Littlest Flip Out also liked sharing the fish and chips dinner with Mrs. Flip Out and they really liked it. I had the fried chicken tacos and they were good. Our family member each had a different macaroni bowl and they really liked them. We decided to share one of their MAD Shakes as they are huge. We were a little disappointed as our shake was more like chocolate milk than a milkshake. Overall, it had a neat atmosphere and it was definitely worth trying!

There are good choices with creative names on the menu. I like the way they do fries here ? Everything has a little "twist" to it, you'll find something that tickles your fancy. Prices were fairly high for lunch.

Boyfriend was excited to bring me here because when he ate here last year, he noticed they had a fair amount of gluten free options. Unfortunately once we got there, I noticed they have changed their menu and they no longer have any gluten free options marked. Our waiter said they have gluten free bread (a bun) and gluten free pasta. If you don’t ask, you will not know. I ordered a BLT that came with fries likely made in a shared fryer so I did not eat them. Food was okay but I felt really let down by the menu change. I tried referencing old photos on google but was uncomfortable with possibly ingesting gluten. Boyfriend got the Cuban and said it was good but drowning in cheese. Not motivated to return.
