My experience at Mad Eats Owasso was disappointing from start to finish.
It started with the hostess, who spoke so quietly I could barely understand her. After being seated, my boyfriend and I waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Our waiter did apologize for the wait, then took our entire order at once—2 waters, a shake to share, buffalo chicken tots, and two orders of the fish and chips.
We didn’t get our water until the appetizer arrived (5mins after he took our order). The buffalo tots were the highlight, they were delicious but unfortunately, the fish and chips were a complete letdown. They were soggy, tasted like they’d been fried hours earlier, and were undercooked. They were honestly not edible.
The server never checked on us once after taking our order, delivering our food, and eventually bringing the bill. When we mentioned our disappointment with the food before getting the check, he didn’t apologize — he just walked off, took one plate, and later returned with the bill, charging full price. I wasn’t looking for a discount, but at the very least an acknowledgment or apology would have been appreciated.
After returning with the bill, we had to (yet again) wait for our server to come back minutes later to check us out, at this time, we had already left the table and were standing in the corner waiting for him to check us out.
Between poor service, inedible main courses, and the lack of basic hospitality, I can’t recommend Mad Eats Owasso and won’t be returning.

The chicken strip dinner was good. The lady serving the bar was not. Waited 5 min before she came out to see if was there, something for a lady that came in after me. No refills or service the whole meal. Had to wait for her to show up after I was done also to pay.

Have been many times with family. On this occasion my sister and brother-in-law were in town and he absolutely loved the chicken fried steak and wanted to go to Mad Eats. This time it was tough the potatoes were over cooked/fried no potato all crunch. My sisters French fries were so salty you couldn’t eat them. I had sweet potato fries thankfully I ordered no salt/seasoning they were good. Our BLT’s were just ok the bacon was cold and tough. We didn’t send anything back as we didn’t have time. We were there on a Thursday evening. Just very disappointed on this visit.

I moved to the area a couple years ago and after discovering Mad Eats it has become by far my favorite place to go eat for any occasion. The food is some of, if not the best around, staff has always been very kind and the environment is super chill. Im serious when I say you wont regret coming to get some good food here. 10/10.

I had gotten the fish tacos, once they had served me I had to ask about my rice and limes that I thought had came with it, apparently the lime did not. Very nice people but the food was no where near close to good for a first time visit. My rice was very hard like it was barely cooked, my beans were okay but the fish on my tacos was over cooked it was almost like rubber biting into it. Terrible experience, spent $20 when my food costed me 16.99 or maybe even less on the menu. I will indeed never come back
