Do not order!! Ordered pizza and it was never delivered. They just say it’s the door dash drivers fault. All the manager said was “I’m short staffed.” BEWARE!!
As regular customers for years, we will NOT be ordering from Marcos again! Had we known DoorDash would be delivering our pizza, we would have picked it up or not ordered at all. We have had two awful experiences with DoorDash and do not use them. Apparently Marco’s uses them to deliver your pizza without giving an option. Our dasher did not even hand us the pizza or ring the doorbell, $40 wasted on pizza that we won’t eat and the manager refuses to refund us for. The manager...read full review
