Worst place I ahve eaten at. No servoce, rude and pizza came out after 45 minutes. They don’t care if you eat or not

This place has gotten terrible and your dark haired manager is the worst. Multiple bad experiences with her, multiple times of trying to double charge, rude, hateful, and the service sucks. Please get rid of her she has completely made this store horrible. When she gets called out on over charging she immediately goes to “I’m going to call the police” she’s a joke and tries to hide behind “she doesn’t know how”. Get rid of her and get someone worth it in there.

They have an excellent tasting chicken spinach alfredo pizza! The pizza was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce, a nice amount toppings, and a generous amount of cheese! We ordered via Uber eats and it was delivered hot and fresh to our hotel. The only disappointment was the failure to provide requested plates and napkins.

This used to be one of our favorite places to get pizza. We waited in line at the take out window for 30 minutes past our pick up time. Then at the window for an additional 10 min!! The person at the window could not be any slower. It was a very bad experience. Back to Marcos for us.

great. service exquisite atmosphere

The pizza? Eh… it was okay. Not awful, just tasted like it lost interest in being pizza about halfway through.

We ordered wings too… which the restaurant apparently treated as more of a creative challenge than an actual order. Didn’t realize they were missing until I got home. Called them, and surprise—they did have the order… just decided not to make it. So I got to drive back. Always fun when dinner turns into a scavenger hunt.

But the real highlight? The clipboard. Oh yeah, in the drive-thru they handed me a receipt to sign on this ancient, crusty clipboard. I’m talking “archaeological relic” levels of grime. I’m pretty sure it’s been touched by every hand in the tri-state area. I half expected it to have its own immune system.

Because nothing says “bon appétit” like signing a receipt on the Bubonic Plague.

I wish there was a negative star. Waited 85 mins to be delivered only for it to be completely wrong. Called the number and they cannot issue a refund but only a credit. I will be calling corporate as we were robbed. Will not be ordering from here again.
