We are frequent customers and normally it's great but last night really missed the mark. My pick 2 salad was covered in tomatoes and cucumbers which I had requested not be included. Not a huge deal, I just picked them off but the salad mix was well past its prime. It didn't taste good at all. Also the pickle included with my sandwich was wrapped up right next to the sandwich so now the pickle is covered in mayo and my sandwich tastes like pickle 🤢. I placed an order online only to be told when I showed up they didn’t have it. I had not received an email confirming my order… No one offered to make me salad and acted like they couldn’t take my order since they hadn’t received it and I was there in the drive through pick up window and for some reason an order can’t be placed it’s pick up only?? so I was upset and left.
