Orders on Doorfash, grilled chicken caesar. Called restaurant to get a remake. Drove to get it myself. Got home and the chicken is ice cold. It’s called a GRILLED chicken salad. First we forget items and then we just don’t cook them. Worst McAllister’s Deli location.

We order frequently and recently we have had issues. We have had to return to the location for missing items twice in the last month. Attempted to call for a catering question, which was told they don’t.. figured new employee. Asked to speak with some about catering placed on hold to forever land.

While the food is of very good quality (I've been a regular customer) the service is not. Today I had to wait as the person taking orders was in a conversation with a seated customer. After awhile my presence was acknowledged with an "I'll be right with you" , she then turned and continued the conversation! This has happened before so I'm deciding if I'll ever go back.
It's just too crowded for a quick lunch; otherwise it's great.

Well they don't really know how to make a sandwich, which is kind of ironic as it looks like mostly women work there. The sanwiches are small and lacking in ingredients. Though they taste good. Most of the people that do work there look to be on the autistic spectrum (not a bad thing) they are doing a good job. The interior has propaganda for their chain, stating how good they are and how they pride them selfs of being a great sandwich chain. They are about on par with subway.
All in all, it's about a 5/10. It's OK in a pinch but if you want a good meal, look elsewhere
