Zero stars aren't an option is only reason they got 1 star. I guess Nichols management isn't doing well since these employees are rude to you for even asking for ketchup. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY HERE. Drive down a lil further to the new one on 96th that's LOCALLY OWNED.

This location is just awful! They are super stingy on sauce. They do not have or know about the offers at the other locations. Do yourself a favor and go to the other 2 locations.

Terrible service, I asked for bbq and honey mustard for chicken nuggets, fries, and a burger, they gave me a singular bbq and no honey mustard. This place lacks service and common sense. I’m sure if they got the items they wouldn’t appreciate 1 sauce. Do better, I see why yall are rated 3 stars!!!

Slowest McDonald's ever. Been waiting on my smoothie for over 15 minutes. This isn't the first time I've had to wait super long for food and drinks either. With food that's already bottom of the barrel, it's horrible that they can't even get you fast service.

Won't be back. Prices are ridiculous. A basket of fries and a large drink i can get in Broken Arrow for $5.51, and at the other location for $6.19. There's zero reason at this location it should be over $7 for the same order.

Bad service. I had a park and pick up for a big group of people, that i paid $70 for, at this location. When i parked and tried to enter my parking # spot on the app, the app froze on me. So I went in to get my pick up. Gave the cashier my name and confirmation number. But the cashier told me, my order was not in their system. They told me to call the phone # on the app. The app doesn't make it easy and provide a number so I looked up customer service, called it and they told me that I have to go directly to the McDonald's I chose to pick up my order. Had to go back into McDonald's and tell them. Another employee came and looked tried to look up my order, then finally the manager of duty came and she kept telling me I had to call customer service. But then all of a sudden after her pushing buttons on the pos prompted my order came up. The manager gave me an ugly attitude the whole time. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Her ego got the best of her and she got even more rude to me. As I waited, I watched her teach the employees how to get to access the pick up orders on their pos prompter. I'm glad the bad experience I had with them, also gave them a learning experience. You're welcome.

I had ordered online about 30 minutes ago and waited about 3 minutes to be helped. I gave them the order name and she asked for the order number, so I go to find it but it starts loading extremely slow. I was waiting for my kid’s happy meal, mind you that. I try to walk around waiting for it to load an dmy phone ends up dying, so I go back and another asks me, then they say they’re working on it “buddy”? So then I wait there. Another person asks me and I give them the order name. They have threw people come up to the front and the fat lady says, “If you don’t have the order number then the order won’t go through”. MIND you, it’s been paid for and we’ve been waiting a while now. So we had to walk out without my child’s happy meal.
For one, i’ve been in the fast food industry, could’ve easily been fixed if they looked for an order with specifically what I got, because I memorized what the happy meal was. Second, one tells me theyre working on it and then they come back to say that I have to have the order number. They showed no signs of worry or concern about an order. Will not be returning anytime soon, these people are the rudest McDonald employees ever.

Really bad attitude by the staff. Iced French Vanilla coffee was not very good. Order this all the time all across the country. When asked about the sweetness. The lady was put out when asked for additional sweetener.

Employees are rude. Wait times are terrible. Order on the app and select curbside pickup and you wait X3 as longer than if you had ordered in the drive thru.

Worst location in owasso... probably the worst location in Oklahoma they never have all the food stock can't even get your own drink because the machine is behind the counter....might as well call it mcdaycare...this location needs some serious help
