I ordered my daughter a birthday surprise and had delivered to her work. I accidentally typed the address wrong and the delivery driver had to call for directions. She was very rude to my daughter about having to walk across the street to the correct address. Have some common sense, it was obvious that the recipient didn’t place the order, no need to be ugly. Daughter enjoyed the cakes but thinking I’ll go with cookies next time…

The store is so cute inside. They have such a great selection of bundt cakes, cards and gifts. We ordered the strawberries and cream football themed cake. It was delicious and moist. The only complaint is that it seemed smaller than expected. The size was to serve 8 but more like 4-5 adults. It was a little expensive but I wanted to try something different. I think the smaller size Bundt cakes are a great gift idea.

Through my personal experience and the fundraiser we ran through them, we have been VERY pleased. I enjoy the sweeter cream cheese frosting and the their seasonal Oreo Cookies and Cream cake is fantastic. Maggie, one of the managers was an absolute delight to work with on the fundraiser and the ladies were fantastic during pick up. I highly recommend!

I walked in today, and it was busy, but an employee named Alexa walked around the other customers and helped me out. Made me feel appreciated as a customer. Also, cupcakes were great! Overall 5/5 experience.
