Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I’ve been customer for many years! Love Olive Garden! But today had the worst experience in customer service especially when the service come from the manager be aware! I ordered togo food and a drink raspberry tea they gave the wrong one I realized before leaving the restaurant so, I have to ask to the manager can I please have my raspberry tea! And guest what ? She gave me really bad actitud! And she gave me the raspberry tea yes but when I got home the tea wasn’t raspberry and isn’t tasted as always because of this manager that they think they can do just whatever! Hopefully this doesn’t happen again!

I made myself sick there. Lots of pasta n bread sticks. They don't skimp on the parmesian either.

Manager was in such a bad mood, the staff other than her were lovely and treated us very kindly. Our server was very nice and friendly. I don’t know how someone like the manager could run a restaurant, food was good though :/

The fire alarm went off constantly. That part was horrible, but the food was pretty good. We didn’t get any sort of discount or anything, but the servers were very apologetic.

I usually come here once in a while. But yesterday my experience in this current Olive Garden was perfect. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. Our server Kaylie was friendly, attentive, and had great menu recommendations. The unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks are always a win—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. We tried the Stuffed Chicken Marsala and the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini. Portions were generous, and everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and family-friendly. If you're craving Italian comfort food with great service, Olive Garden is the place to go!

Used to love this place but for the price of portions now and the overall quality of food isn’t anything special. Recently went there and got the steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and it is nasty. Almost tastes like chemicals than food. Luckily a manager was understanding and was able to get us something different. Great service but man food has gone downhill
